So I just finished watching the anime and I was wondering if anyone knows what was up with the ghost girl in episode 26? Also does anyone know specifically about what Susumu Fuji did to the previous crew of the Soyokaze? I'm pretty sure there are manga and light novels that might have an explanation.

Uhhhh, i think the girl was a metaphor or just an analogy or something like that. For the bit with the previous crew, either the source material gives more info or its just an unexplained detail
