Looking for a series where the villains too have a code of honour or something, and won't do underhanded or despicable methods. Not looking for sports anime tho.

I guess HxH, I mean like Hisoka, the Phantom Troupe, Chimera Ants, and The Bomber, all have like their own morals and codes, so it could be what you're looking for.
