Why has there been no news on the new movie?

I feel like since the movie's already come out there should be more news coverage on the subject or at least people talking about it.

I was just starting to rewatch(or more like rerererewatch) 2199 and started to wonder if there'd be news of the third part, but apparently it's a movie and already out in Japan. Weird that there doesn't seem to be anything about it. I can't find a trailer, release date for bluray, any sort of news other than a delay about a year ago.

Is this going to be a similar kind of release to 2199 and 2202? Premiering as a movie in theaters, but released as multiple episodes on tv and other media?

It's going to be an 8 episode series released in theatres as two films, so it's technically an OVA.

Did this film ever get released outside Japan? Can scarcely find anything about it and been waiting on English subs.

Edit: Looks like English fansubs are out now online, yay. :D
