| I'm looking for an anime where the MC is in some kind of group (a gang, government body, military or even a group of friends) but they're actually a traitor/spy working for the enemy or some third party. It doesn't matter if the MC is a good guy infiltrating a bad group or vice versa, it doesn't matter if the MC commits to their betrayal or ends up having a change of heart, the point is that the MC is deceiving a group that considers them a friend/ally (or they could even be suspicious of MC and dislike them) and is actually reporting to someone else. It has to be THE main character (the protagonist) and not just one of the main characters in a group as I want to see it from their thoughts and perspective as they deceive the group and maybe have some inner conflict about what they're doing. The only shows I know that fits this are: The Unlimited - Hyoubu Kyousuke Code Geass I guess has some elements of this Overlord when Ainz is undercover as an adventurer |
