°:. *₊ How Did You Come Up With Your Username?° . ☆

So, for this club topic we're talking about usernames! Every username is different and some people come up with the most creative or just generally odd usernames. I'm nosy and I find it very interesting how people come up with them so please tell us your story. You can do as into detail as you want with dates and everything or keep it simple and short, it's all up to you!

For me, my username estEMPATHY it isn't that complicated. Est are just the first three letters of my name and also a way to date stuff which I thought was kind of fun and empathy is the name of an album I liked at the time. It's half normal half caps because estempathy just looks weird so big empathy was the way to go and that's how it started :D

Ps: sorry for not posting in a while I was spending some time with loved ones please don't kill me

At the time, I wanted to be a spy for some reason. I went with the Agent part. Now, whats with the numbers? Well you see, 3510 is actually my name but numbers. There are a number of names out there that fit 3510 so my anonymity will remain. The reason I changed my name into numbers was that I had just seen Hitman gameplay and saw that he was 47. So that's it :)

My username "Aratashiina" is actually came from two different anime.Arata came from Psycho Pass and Shiina came from Steins Gate.Since I am obsessed with Steins Gate I wanted to use "Shiinakagari" as my username but that was already taken.

It started with my friend who changed his steam name to "I love marshmallow". Then I decided to change my name to "I love mallowmarsh" because I was bored.

And a couple of months later I changed to Mellow because it was shorter and i think it sounded better.
And after some more months I changed it to Mellowo/Mellowooo because owo.

I have a lot of fond memories from club penguin when I was little , my big brother and I played it and spent a lot of time on it , so he was playing for quite some time and decided to make me an indivisual account too , there after a lot of time we ( mostly him ) come up with this username and I kind of sticked to it , it mostly isn't related to there being a land with dragons or dragons as a whole but I do get that a lot of times , 4 being my favourite number due to it being my roll number in class when I was young , I decided to add it ( I do this with most of my usernames in other media too ) , I think this happened when I was maybe 7 so 8 years ago though I am not fully sure
though I have another good username - " SneakySnape04 " where Snape being a character from Harry Potter book franchise , I think this is a pretty funny username

One day I was just scrolling through Reddit on the Senko Subreddit and came across a lovely wallpaper drawing of Senko-kun (which is still to my knowledge the only existing image). I took a liking to the character and at this point I basically am the character.

One of my really good friends helped me come up with the name Rein as it was originaly Rosy but yeah with me not being able to be with them again it's what I use to kind of honor them. The "IsAWeeb" part i just made up to attract other people who might watch anime lmao

I got G00F13 because one of my cats' names is Goofie. And I got Fate because I wanted a simple word to be called by on the internet. So I came up with fate. Because it has some kind of meaning. And it's all my usernames for my online accounts. (which besides this account on mal its Pinterest...)

Mine comes from having gotten my name spelled incorrectly on my A/B honor roll certificate in elementary school. While it was just elementary school, it did happen to be in front of a gigantic gathering of people, so it was funny but also kind of embarrassing. My friends and family teased me about it for a long while so I decided to take it as my username and although it gives some people trouble to pronounce, I like it and I've kept it for just about everything since my Xbox 360 username. Usually I'll also have a "117" afterwards sometimes, which is more of the old Xbox fan in me, referencing Halo.

I got mine from a friend. My name is Andy and my username usually has Ducky in it because in Norwegian, the word for Duck is And, so if I put a Y on the end of And it sort of becomes Ducky in English.

It was a weird process. One of my old gamer id's was Dark so I grew up being called Dark

Then when I got discord my first username was Sleepy. And so again I was always called Sleepy

But I much rather be called Dino even tho its not on my username (on MAL) at all lmao.

I was looking for a new nickname when, suddenly, i found out an anime wallpaper with a red hair ( i mean the color red ) girl in a meadow. It was dawn. Then i took "ruby" which i associated with "dawn".
But my nickname is in french, so it's "Rubis" for "Ruby" and "Auroral" for "dawn" ( auroral isn't the translation of "dawn", it's more something that belongs to the dawn ).

There used to be a Minecraft mod called Thaumcraft which is no longer being updated. In this mod you perform magic with a wand and learn that the entire universe is made up of aspect. Fire contains Ignis, water contains aqua, dirt contains Terra, etc. Alkimia is the aspect of alchemy and my favorite anime is Fullmetal Alchemist so that's when I decided to use Alkimia as my username.

You see I'm quite a big fan of Hiro Mashima so yeah I just took his first name. For the Hypnos, I was looking for a good name like Zeus, Poseidon, Hades and etc. So I literaly went to my bookshelf and picked up a percy jackson book and just browse in the glossary for names. there I found Hypnos which is the greek god of sleep. Well I thought this is perfect cuz I like to sleep a lot as well.
