Im looking for some romance manga. Something thats pure and wholesome and the couple is young. Also want to see them grow up i guess

Yagate kimi ni naru is lovely and a good "entry point" into shoujo ai. Certain a lot lighter than classics such as Nana.

KareKano is a classic. They hook up by chapter 3 and face hardships together

Yesterday wo Utatte is a mature romance manga, one of the most realistic on the market. It's certainly wholesome too but it rarely overdoes things. It's also a bit of a slow burner but characters certainly grow on you

Clannad is a staple of wholesome romance. There's certainly a manga

Kaguya sama starts as a comedy but the progression is done so well you're not freaked out when it gets more dramatic

Tsuki ga kirei is a bit plain, but knows what it's trying to sell - teenagers fall in love and decide to go out in secret

The world is still beautiful - plays around with the arranged marriage trope

Bride stories - gorgeous

Sakurasaku no Shokugun - short-ish, slice of life-ish but a decent read. Selfless honor student decides to help a female friend to improve her grades

Given is shounen ai and features a younger and an older couple. But it's well done. I also recc the anime

Cardcaptor Sakura is just the manga you're looking for—it's mainly about the main character collecting a bunch of amazing magical cards, but it's also pretty wholesome and there's a romance between a young couple that blossoms throughout too.
Easily one of my favorite manga of all time and I'm glad that it was the first manga series I ever read.
