I strongly feel that if a character is killed off they should stay dead. Bringing them back to life is just poor writing.

That being said..I feel like Marco in AOT may have been killed off a bit too soon. I'd be quite happy for him to die, but perhaps it should have happened a lot later in the series since now we keep having him mentioned in flashbacks. Probably was a mistake killing him off that soon then.
