Hi,

Do you have any good anime where some ordinary people get extraordinary powers ?
By this I mean anime like Death Note, Higurashi no Eden or Inuyashiki, where there are only few characters who gets extraordinary powers, and then we follow them in their everyday life to see how they evolve.

Basically you want more anime like Parasyte and Code Geass? :p

Also My Hero Academia and Tokyo Ghoul fit this description, not my top picks but worthwhile to watch.

Code Geass was Death Note but better, I'd recommend to everyone who can't get enough Light Yagame

The law of Euki is something you should look into.

When Supernatural Battles Becomes Commonplace would be the epitome of that kind of anime

Also theres the classic Ghibli route.. Princess Mononoke.

Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works

We Can bring Madoka Magica into this as well.. Not exactly what the op was looking for I'm sure... Deffinately a story of an ordinary person acquiring extraordinary power though.

I think that I have already seen a lot of "mainstream" anime like the Fate Stay Night, Tokyo Ghoul, Code Geass, Parasyte, Madoka Magica.

And yeah, the first part of Tokyo Ghould and the anime Parasyte fit really well to what I am looking for.
It would be more like a seinen (even if I am open to everything ).

I don't really think that Inuyashiki and Parasyte can be qualified as Shounen anime, and they are the kind of anime that I am looking for.

So, basically any generic super hero anime then?

I checked your list.

Have you seen the kizumonogatari films? The story of how the mc came about acquiring vampirism/immortality and what he did with that power. They fit your needs..

Kizu Films are a Prequel - Origin Story so you can watch them right away, the brushing scene is from Nise which is just a fan service season that doesnt need to be watch.

maybe try Senki Zesshou Symphogear
