His mind became filled with countless thoughts. Can I really become human once again? Or will my corrupted soul just be wiped away in the cleansing process? Would the Queen even be willing to help me in first place? Or would she just kill me, thinking of me as nothing more than a creature of the darkness? Do... do I even want to go back to being human? This last question was something he had never even considered to himself. Did he really want to go back to being a human? As a human, he would be powerless. He didn't have a fancy Xera Charge like the students of the Academy, and he had no training with any sort of weapons like those who volunteered in the army. The darkness was his only source of power. Ironically, it was the only means by which he could fight back against the darkness. He sat down on the ground and simply began to think. Think about all of the possibilities for the future. Throughout all of this, he remained stoic, not showing a single one of his true emotions. He stayed sitting there for what could have been countless days, or mere minutes. Regardless, Shay had come to a conclusion. He stood up and looked Benevolence directly in the eyes. All that thinking had made him very calm, and he was now sure of his answer. No. I've decided that no matter what, I want to fight. I damn well know it's going to be difficult for me. There are probably people who are going to treat me like shit, people who hate the very sight of me, and people who would try relentlessly to kill me. But what I have right now, with this darkness, is the power to fight. The power to drive those damned monsters back to whatever hell-hole they came from. For now, I have no choice but to embrace it. So, instead of asking you cleanse me, I'm now asking you to help me. I want your power. Although, I won't hold it against you if you refuse. He wouldn't be at all surprised if she refused. He had just freely admitted that from now on he would be relying on the darkness. And although he didn't have any harmful intentions, that was probably enough to cause disapproval from Benevolence, although he couldn't be sure. |

It didn't matter how powerful he became if the darkness took control over him in the end. Don't get me wrong. If there was another way, I would certainly take it. But this darkness is all that I have. I have no other weapon to fight with. I don't want to be overwhelmed by that same power. Instead, I want to learn how to control it. How to make the darkness mine, and turn it against those monsters. And if my hatred really is too strong, and it only serves to fuel their power, then teach me how to control that, too. The last thing I would ever want would be to help those vile creatures. |

Your darkness shudders at the mention of such a divine name. You seek to tame and make his power yours. The Darkness is in your soul, and thus has a hold on whatever is left of you as a being. As a Shadow, once belonging to light, I do not think you even can. I can see the darkness flare up whenever I mention the names of the Dark Lords. If you want my opinion, I believe the only way you will get what you want is if you find another way to fight the darkness without their own strength. Fighting fire with fire doesn't make things better you know. She would say this and look him in the eye. |

Ythima might see you as an abomination and kill you. The dread lords could also do this. Its a better fate than becoming one of them. Listen Shay, as much as it grieves me to say, no darkness can overpower the will of its lord without BECOMING the will of its lord. if you dont get help, the end for you is darkness, and eternal servitude to the ones you hate most. | I dont know you personally yet, but I can tell you what my observation is. You are a demon. The darkness that made you one and the light from your hritage are at odds. That is what a demon is. But your light is brighter than a lot. nd Arc Veih, is the one you would call "God". The Omnipotent Light. She would say this, and then form a set of stairs so that Aisha could sit with her on the path. |

| You would be better off asking someone who knows more about your kind. But from my own guess... Your body which is made to accomodate Light, Fire, and Darkness, would not survive a total purification. The light of your soul and the dark of your flesh would clash and annihilate you. But as i said, i dont know. Omnipotents can do anything. So if you got a God to purify you... then it technically could work. And aside from gods, you could always see the Plaguebringers. They can add to your darkness. Im not too sure about the others. |

| I would imagine you would need to ask our God about it. Though i suspect she would be... hesitant to do it. And she would need something to copy from. Light is made bya different Omnipotent. She would need an example i think. Of something already purified from the fire. But i dont know. Then there is a the Black God. I doubt you would find him too willing to help you. But i mean, you could always try. If he made darkness then he could probably command it out of you. Or if you could manage to talk to your god. I mean he made you. So... And then the ones who came after. I think your kind, the created, call them the Ancients. The Purifier rests chained into the Nexus. Death seems to be fixated on one specific world... Where darkness rose up. His Brothers also seem fixated on it as well. The Watchers are getting restless. And the Guardian of Atlas has even been seen on Temple grounds recently. Ever since that last surge, the darkness hasnt come here. There is a lot to know about the void. Plenty more. Enough to keep you busy all eternity. |

After going on about the Sanctuary, she would wait for questions. Quickly adding a little statement on her final question. People sometimes say they acquired it from surviving the fullest wrath of a powerful denizen of the void. |

| She. Arc' Xera is our Queen. And to find her, you need to try and focus in on her energy. Feel out for the single most concentrated essence you can here. The mightiest Aura, and once you find it, you can use that to draw yourself to her throne. She would say that, and then think. You probably found me because you were new here. And Im easy to speak to. To find someone in the Void, you simply have to will yourself there. As you may have realized, space doesnt quite work here. It works based on where you want to go. And if something with a stronger mind wants you to go somewhere, they can send you there. Willpower is very important here. |

| Well, you place the door to it. And when ou find a location you like, put the door down. It can be a literal carved door into a mountain face, or the gap between two trees ina forest. Maybe between a crack in two rocks. The Sanctuary has a One-way back exit to leave from. But its always possible to make more. Its entirely sculpt-able, however i would advise that you pick a environment that you like, because the Sanctuary will design its initial set up based on where its put. But yes, you can put the door anywhere. |
