I'm looking for something like Aishiteruze Baby, Aka-chan to Boku or Listen to Me, Girls. I Am Your Father! An anime where a young (10-20) MC, because of some event or death, is forced to take on a parental position, like a mother or father. Usually someone who was irresponsible and naive with money before taking on the position, like the MC of Aishiteruze Baby, he was a playboy delinquent who wasted free time before taking on Yuzuyu.

Thank you in advance.

No one answered this? I'm surprised. There are a lot out there. (Though I apologize if I'm recommending things you've already seen... your lists on MAL don't seem up-to-date. ^_^ )

The most obvious one that comes to mind is Usagi Drop.

Tokyo Godfathers has a plot somewhat similar to this, even if the parent-child relationship that's established ends up being only temporary.

Michiko & Hatchin centers on a criminal becoming a sort of surrogate mother.

More innocently, Daa! Daa! Daa! has an 8th grader who becomes the mother figure to an alien baby.

If you don't mind fantasy/action series, Beelzebub is all about a delinquent raising a baby devil king.

(And now, straying further along from your original request, but still somewhat relevant imo...) I wouldn't really consider Sweetness and Lightning to have anyone forced into parenting, but one of the main characters becomes involved with cooking for a little girl who's not hers.

Though the anime for Gakuen Babysitters won't come out until next January, the manga's been translated decently far. Basically, older brother loses parents and becomes caretaker not only of the little brother, but of a daycare as well...

Barakamon - okay this doesn't exactly fit your description, but awkward adult male + cute wild child bonding moments make it a must-add to the list.

And finally, if manga-only is okay with you:
My Girl
I Found a Kitten
For My Daughter, I Might Even Be Able to Defeat the Demon King (warning: it's unclear whether this will remain parental love or become romantic)
Sodatechi Maou!
Love So Life
Teen Mom (I'm not really enjoying this one anymore, but maybe you will?)

Edit:
Oops, @SeijiSensei you're totally right. I got excited and totally missed that part of the request.
Most of the characters (except maybe in Tokyo Godfathers) qualify as young adults, but the only shows I recommended that have an MC less than 20 are Daa! Daa! Daa!, Beelzebub, Sweetness and Lightning (for the high school girl), and Gakuen Babysitters. I don't think a lot of the manga qualifies either, except obviously Teen Mom and maybe Love So Life.
Going to add Chibi Devi about a middle school girl

^Most of those shows like Usagi Drop, Tokyo Godfathers, and Michiko to Hatchin have adults in the caretaking role, not someone 10-20.

For that, I strongly recommend Kurenai. A 16-yo high-school student has a part-time job as an enforcer. His boss asks him to take care of a 7-yo kidnapped heiress. This show wanders into some dark territory but also has many funny and touching moments. A bit of action, too.

I have no interest in daa daa daa, kure-nai, ro kyu bu, or usagi drop. I have seen Astarotte no Omocha, Aishiteruze Baby, and papa no iukoto wo kikinasai. Two of those are mentioned in the description.
