| Looking for some anime/ manga with male monster/ female human romance. The ones I have read/ watched where the male monster looks truly monstrous and spend most of their time in this form: Mahoutsukai no Yome  Niehime to Kemono no Ou  Ushio to Tora  Zero kara Hajimeru Mahou no Sho  Brigadoon: Marin to Melan  Yuusha Keisatsu J-Decker  Appleseed  There is a related type of romance where the guy transforms into something monstrous occasionally. Here are a few where the guy actually looks like a monster and doesn't just get a bit of makeup/ pretty horns/ a new hairstyle. Ergo Proxy Hellsing Howl no Ugoku Shiro Ookami Kodomo no Ame to Yuki Romance doesn't need to be the focus of any recommendations you can think of. This is pretty niche (although recently there seems to be a mini trend?) buuut I'm sure I'm missing a couple. Anyone out there who has come across more of these beauty and the beast type anime/ mangas? Thank you for your time (and possibly racking your brain trying to find something with a romance like this). EDIT: Added an anime to the list and some pics. |
