Looks like you can get the DVDs on amazon if you're in the United States or Canada, but it'll run you about 40$. That being said I don't know what group did the translation for those DVDs so the quality could be spotty even if it's an official translation.

Crunchyroll if you pay, but you can just get the lowest one and it works.
