I'll trust you to RP the speed. Also, the smaller the object used the faster it can be. A unique petal should be faster than a normal arrow but slighty less effective.

Sakurako always brings a small bag which contains 500 petals. These petals are as strong as iron, though because they're so thin individually they are only as strong as glass. She can control them however she likes in a 5m radius around her. She can form these petals into any hard object, though they cannot emulate special properties of other elements and behave more like a glass-metal substance. Petals move as quickly as normal arrows, with larger constructs moving more slowly and smaller constructs being faster and more agile. These petals can also be dropped onto any surface to make them grow a 1m tree with 1000 petals, and she can control any petals around the tree's 25m radius. From here on out, she can increase the tree's height and double the petal output once per post as per the following:
- 1m, lv. 1 END=1000 petals
- 2m, lv. 2 END=2000 petals
- 3m, lv. 3 END=4000 petals
- 4m, lv. 4 END=8000 petals
- 5m, lv. 5 END=16000 petals
Each time she increases her tree's height, it consumes 20 mana, and to maintain it in that height she has to spend 5mana * xm of the tree per post. If she fails in doing this, the tree will go down one level every post until it turns back into 500 petals. The tree itself can be destroyed, and if it does, it will turn back into 500 petals and Sakurako would not be able to plant another one for 3 posts.

Petals can form hard objects with the following conversion rate:

The skin can still easily be cut there is nothing that stops damage its just lower damage by a bit with the skin and its just that you cant easily slice him in half.

Hard as iron would essentially mean a large boost in overall hardness (and endurance), probably even higher than 5 levels' worth. Note that blood isn't limited to major blood vessels, which would mean that even muscle would be affected.

A 10 mana cost would be recovered in a few posts (one or two?).

Okay but then what would a suitable mana cost be and while its true that its strong i am not gonna go all ow you were too weak for so much damage when i only have 1 endurance. its more as i didn't want it to be just stats since that isn't very interesting.
