| Since I don't know too many romance anime that fit exactly the bad boy stereotype here are some anime with MC that are over 15 and who are either badasses, have an ounce of bad boy in them or anything like that. Bokura ga ita but it's a drama so it doesn't really has much comedy... maybe a scene or two. Full Metal Panic might be on your tastes but that depends if you're into army and mecha stuff. since the MC is a soldier, I guarantee comedy in the first 2 seasons. Higashi no Eden ... this is a quite different anime search it up on MAL since I laughed my ass off on this and the dude is quite a...free spirit. Plenty of drama and action. I think you might want to try NANA too... since the characters are more mature but it doesn't have all that comedy, but I think you know that, Nana is quite popular. Zetsuen no Tempest is quite good too... not exactly bad boys but they're getting there... plus it has a lot of Shakespeare references Code: Breaker Skip Beat! Honestly I don't know how the anime is since I've read the manga, but it's great Kare Kano. And oldie but so awesome. I always laugh when I watch it. Special mention: I didn't add this because you had that age over 16 barrier. Kodomo no omocha. This has a bad boy and a girl who tries to change him, it literally follows their story since they're 12 to middle school and to high school. It might seem weird at first but I grew to love this series soo much... plus it has comedy like a lot of it. And the manga is even better. . |

| Somehow I feel like I've read a lot about this setting in shoujo manga, but not in anime... :S (but my memory is weak) Only anime that come to mind are Midori no Hibi and Kodomo no Omocha (but they are kids). I also remember one story where the girl gets kidnapped by a rival gang because of her relationship with the bad boy. But I can't remember the name of it, nor even say if it was manga or anime... |
