| I have a strong gut feeling LucianRoy is scum by the way but I need time to build a case on him. His buying time mechanic really reeks of scum to me especially in recent memory from the Harry Potter Game. But if someone wants to counter otherwise feel free to. I also don't feel too hot on followind either, and shuuka is a wildcard to me at this point. But if Lucian is scum, perhaps a small connection between his neutral read on her can be made - wild theory though. |

| Though I am quite curious to understand how @Togs feels most confident on his Shinichi-Kun town read over a Crossball town read since he's played *many* (based on assumption) more games with Crossball than Shinichi-Kun. I do not argue with the alignment on either read of course, I'm in agreement with it, just more interested in the ordering between the two. |

| So I have an idea to fail safe EoD. Instead of making 2 trains we make 3. The first two will be the people we suspect the most as Mafia and the third will be for No lynch. This way at EoD even if Mafia tries to push one of the first two(if either are town) we can swap our votes to No Lynch instead. |

| I do not think the vig should claim at this point. We already have a fair number of vanillas claimed and if the vig claims then all the mafia has to do is shoot them at Night and voila, we've lost a confirmed townie. This makes me slightly suspicious of Sightless for that reason. I think it's worth looking into Arrisu's reads since the scum were compelled to kill Arrisu even though she claimed vanilla (or they wanted to test her bluff?). It's possible that they killed her mostly for WiFOM purposes/incriminate aa-dono, but I'm struggling to see the mindset of a mafia team who intentionally kills Arrisu knowing that she is vanilla. At this point I guess I'm fine with saundering into a third Day and hoping the mafia kills some random vanilla over a power role, mostly because most of this Day has been used up already on lurking and such. If they do kill a PR, though, then that will be disappointing. Going to do some rereading. |

My other thought process is that scum don't want to deal with Ari's aggressive playstyle. When her mind is set to a lynch she will keep on pushing hard. This is where the reads will come into handy. The loss for the vig to not claim is that town will waste time trying to figure out who killed who and for what reason. All in all, we don't know for sure who killed who, and I think tomorrow I need to spend time reading the thread with a fresh mind. Especially want to read over LucianRoy's posts and Followind's. I apologize for my lack of contribution this phase but in all honesty my brain has been dead today. |

I mean, I do agree that they need to post more and actually need to engage with the town, but the fact that they've been universally pushed is skeeving me out. But then, I'm left with the same question: "Who are the scum?" Judging off the Arrisu kill, I don't believe that my reads are too far from the gamestate. |

I'm less sure on followind, but I have a stronger gut feeling on LucianRoy based on his "buying" time behaviour and playing neutral card so far. The town!LucianRoy I know is much more involved and often help leading town. He may not have been active and that is fine, but when he was, he was only providing commentary to the game - not really scum hunting. He also complained that he was being ignored and not asking questions, which gave me the paranoia vibe of "how do I avoid looking like I'm lurking?" by trying to leech involvement off from another player. Then the buying time tactic also works for scum especially since LYLO is not a hard task to reach by the hands of townies (as you can see here) so all they have to do, as Sightless mentioned is to control the game somehow with voting, or leading another mislynch. Please remember though: I have to review these posts in detail to back up my accusations though. My hesitation on Followind is due to the fact that I lack skill in reading newer players. I generally find them scummy just on the fact I can't follow their logic, or understand why a lot fall under this inconfidence trap when they play. The only other people who have agreed with me on this so far (from memory) is Togs on both reads, and Shinichi-Kun on Followind. This will largely depend how confident your townreads are, but if you don't commit somewhere today the game will be lost/in control of scum. |
