Favorite harem/ecchi female characters?

I love harem and ecchi shows and generally, the thing that I like about harem/ecchi shows(besides the comedy) is the female characters. What are some of your favorite harem/ecchi female characters that would be your "waifu" of the show(or waifus, if you liked more than one)?

I don't put a great deal of effort into anything besides that so my list of loved characters is not very fleshed out.

Edit: Just thought I'd point out that I posted here because I plan to watch anime that the characters are in, so I am looking for recommendations.

Romance can be kinda hit or miss for me. I loved Toradora, 5 Centimeters per Second and such, but I dropped Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun which is a very popular romance anime. I generally watch harems for opposite reasons than I watch romance anime.

Here are some of my favorites.

Konjiki no Yami (Golden Darkness) from To Love-Ru

She's one of the more interesting harem characters because of her relationship with the MC. Technically she's his mortal enemy and occasionally she tries to kill him, but she's also saved his life several times, his little sister is her best friend, and he'll even invite her to dinner at his house sometimes. It's impossible to put a name to their relationship.

Mayucchi from Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai

This girl is just bizarre. On the battlefield she's so skilled with a katana that she can split bullets in midair. Off the battlefield she's so shy and withdrawn that she'll sometimes have her horse-shaped phone strap do her talking for her. This ventriloquism act can be hilarious, especially when her phone strap starts arguing with her.

Rias Gremory from High School DxD

She's not your typical harem stereotype. She has a dominating personality, but she doesn't have to resort to violence or temper tantrums every five minutes. She's not afraid to discipline her minions when they need it, but mostly she leads by way of mutual respect. Also, she's very tolerant toward the character flaws of others. She has to be, with ultra-pervert Issei as one of her servants.

Anastasia from Onii-chan Dakedo Ai Sai Areba Kankeinai yo ne

Another one of those bizarre and silly characters. It's hard to tell what makes her tick, but I think I figured it out. She has no concept of subtlety. She'll say whatever is on her mind, no matter how inappropriate. That doesn't mean you can take everything she says at face value, because she'll lie if it serves her purpose, but she's incapable of fooling anyone with those lies. Her deadpan delivery and emotionless monotone just make it funnier.

Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!? is my strong recommendation.

For the record I don't have best girl there because by default all girls are the best girl in this anime.

Kickstarter for Rokujouma is fully funded. Good work everyone. Lets wait for the result of our hard work together.
