I'm looking for something that has a cozy mantion in it. Any medium is welcome.

Jigoku Shoujo(Hell - it's not a mansion, but it's really beautiful and cozy),

Tasogare Otome X Amnesia(the school),
Gosick(the library),
Manie-Manie: Meikyuu Monogatari(first story).

Oh, forgot to mention Mahoyo. I've read up through Chapter 6.
Inu x Boku SS might be a bit too comedic for me, but I'll definitily try it out.

Victorian Romance Emma has a few mansions going on.

It's a great romance, and slice of life anime, as well as byfar the detailed, historical accurate historical anime ever made.
