[center] This is the largest library in the Blue Kingdom, the capitol library. Any book from the modern times and most books from digressing generations can be found here. However, they cannot leave the library. Any attempt to take something from library, will result in an aggressive visit from the City Guard. |

Something Important |
| Jeanne She entered the library, in search for a special book about barriers. Jeanne stolled around until she found the book in the shelf. She stopped and attempted to get the book, but she couldn't reach it, as it was at the top of the shelf. The girl was simply too short. |

| Kano He entered the library in an attempt to pass the time. He was quite an avid reader, and wasn't really looking for any book in particular; he just strolled round hoping something would catch his eye. Something did, or more accurately, someone did. A girl was reaching up to a higher shelf, seemingly struggling to reach a book. He pondered momentarily on what to do. Normally he wouldn't concern himself with anyone else, although similarly people seemed to avoid Kano. This time however he sighed and walked over to her, deciding to help purely because Kano assumed she liked to read, just as he did. He asked rather timidly, as if not to surprise her, "Do you need any help?" |
| Jeanne She still tried to reach the book, when a boy asked her if she needed help. He must have entered the library after her since the library was empty when she had entered. She appreciated the offer, she did need help indeed. "Ah, yes. I wanted to look up something on protective barriers, but I can't reach the book up there." she told him and pointed at the book that she wanted to get. It was good that she met someone here, she wouldn't have known what to do otherwise. "Can you get it for me?" |

| Kano "Protective barriers, huh?" He questioned rhetorically, before looking up at the book she wanted. From that he could narrow down what class she might be - assuming she wasn't just learning about classes for fun. It was about time he saw someone else, so far the Blue Kingdom seemed almost like a ghost town. The book was rather high, and Kano wasn't the tallest of men. That wasn't to say he was short, but it would still be a bit of a struggle. He reached on his tip toes, extending his arm as fully as possible to reach the book. He noticed someone else, which put him off a little, before glancing back at the book. He pulled it out, although it was rather stiff. Perhaps it had been sitting there a while. "Here" he said, handing her the book. |
| Jeanne A girl had entered the library and stood close to them. It was rather uncommon to see so many people at the library, not many people were interested in books. Jeanne was glad to know that she wasn't the only one here who was into books though. The boy reached for the book. He had a much bigger chance to get it, though he struggled a bit too. Jeanne took the book with care. "Thank you! Um..." She looked at him and held out her hand for him to shake. "I'm Jeanne, Mystic class." |

| Kano He had time to fully see the other girl now. She was flipping pages at quite some speed - it was impressive. Is she really taking all that in? he thought to himself. He smiled politely as Jeanne introduced herself. He replied, "Nice to meet you, Jeanne", while extending his arm for a handshake. "I'm Kano, Assassin class". |
| Jeanne Such a nice name. she thought. It had a nice ring to it, short and simple. She shook his hand. "What are you here for? Not many people wander around in the library." she said. |

| Kano He nodded in agreement: it was indeed true that not many people visited the library, especially the one in the Blue Kingdom. It would usually be the White and Red Kingdoms that had more visitors. "Hm, I'm not really here for anything as such... I just like to read occasionally" he told her, before returning the very same question. "What about you?" he asked, although it wasn't tasking to deduct she was reading up on her class. The other girl, who called herself Lista Vromgen introduced herself. "Nice to meet you, Lista" he replied, returning the handshake. She earned instant respect from him when she mentioned she was a dual wielder, as was he. You could say it was a dying art, so it was nice to meet someone else who fought the same way. |
| Jeanne The sudden introduction of the girl startled her a little. "N-Nice to meet you." she said and shook her hand after Kano. It was rather uncommon for a knight to dual wield, quite interesting. She then turned back to Kano. "I'm just doing some... homework. I come to the library quite often though to read novels. The collection they have here is great. There isn't a book that they do not have here." It was just impressive. Jeanne just loved the smell of books and the massive shelves filled with great stories. |

| Kano "Is that so?" he asked Jeanne, she seemed to have a great knowledge of this library. This was parallel to Kano, who didn't know much at all. Kano was somewhat similar to a nomad. He didn't stay in any place for too long, and so never built up a solid foundation of knowledge on any location or culture. "I guess I'll have to come here more often then..." he added. What Lista said piqued his interest. A book of her past? That is... strange. "Is your family famous perhaps?" he asked. |
| Jeanne She thought it was rather weird how Lista talked about being smart. It kinda sounded like boasting, but it was probably meant in another way. It was kinda awesome that her mother wrote an book though. "Don't force yourself, Kano." she said to him and chuckled. "I guess not everyone likes books like I do. Being able to read books is like a privilege for me." The story of Lista's family sounded like a story taken out of a novel, with Lista being the main character. She looked kinda different on the picture she showed them. In the picture she was a child and her eyes were different. Jeanne guessed that it was due to a battle that her eye had a different color now. She thought that it may be insensitive to ask though. "That's some impressive family history you have there. What you did is very honorable." |

| Kano He chuckled at what Jeanne said, "I do like books though!" he insisted. He didn't show any sort of reaction to Lista's story. They sounded like extreme Robin Hoods... He wasn't sure whether that was a good thing. The family sounded like a bunch of aggressive vigilantes... especially considering the picture she showed. Was this girl really that brutal? It was slightly unnerving. He didn't necessarily disagree with what they did, but he didn't think their behavior was noble either. Therefore, he refrained from giving his opinion. Instead he just looked over the picture in slight awe. "That's... interesting." He felt like he needed to add something else, so instinctively asked "Hey, your eye looks diffe-" before cutting his question short. "I'm sorry. That was rude of me" |

| Jeanne She was insensitive, but Kano was even worse! Well, at least he stopped in the middle of the sentence. Litsa didn't seem to mind at all and just nonchalantly told the story. Jeanne noted that the girl liked to talk about herself and her family a lot. Due to the sudden conversations that had came up, she had totally forgotten what she was here for. It came to her mind, when Litsa started skimming through another book as if she was in the fast reading world championship. She opened the book and searched for the part about absolute barriers. There wasn't much about it written there, but it contained everything she needed. Jeanne had read the paragraph in less than a minute. Actually, that was all that she was here for. She put the book on a nearby table after finishing, guessing that neither her, Kano or Litsa could get it back to its original place. The staff would take care of it later. |

| Kano He grimaced at Lista's story. "Slashed in the eye? Your pretty tough" he told her. He imagined someone with a history like her would value a compliment like that. He remained silent while they both read at lightning pace. At one point, he wasn't sure whether it was some form of competition. He planned to come in here to kill time, and he achieved that by talking with the two girls. Therefore, he didn't need to look for a book. That thought left him with a question though: What now? "Say, where are you two going after this?" he asked. |
| Jeanne Throwing the book was so unnecessary! Her thoughts raged in her mind. The books here could get damaged so easily! She sighed and didn't even look at Listra. She turned to Kano instead. "I think I'll try to team up with someone to do a quest. Though it may be tough. What about you?" she asked him. |

| Kano It wasn't hard to tell what was meant by Jeanne's sigh, and Kano smirked at that. He thought it was nice, the way she cared about the books so much. "I... Don't really know..." He began. He then thought up an idea, but pondered on it momentarily. After all, he had no experience with the proposal he was about to make. Yet he asked anyway. "...Say, if you ever needed assistance if be happy to help" he told Jeanne, referring to the quest she mentioned. He'd always acted alone before, so it was a mystery to even Kano himself as to why he asked. |
| Jeanne "Oh, that would be so nice!" She was glad that he asked. He seemed like a good guy and it saved her the time that she would have needed to search for a partner. Being a supporter was sometimes a struggle, but she liked her class. "Is there any quest you'd like to do?" she asked him, since it didn't really matter to her. |

| Kano He was actually a little surprised she accepted. Apparently it was better to be in a group, but, from his experience, he found only having to worry about himself somewhat of a blessing. Nonetheless, he was happy. He sent her a friend request, as well as a party request. It felt strange, having never done it before. A Mystic and an Assasin... He wondered whether such a class combination would have any synergy. "Not any that I can think of from the top of my head..." He replied. |
| Jeanne She opened her menu and accepted the requests. Now his stats were shown under her own. After that she took a look at the list of available quests. "There are three easy ones available. Hunting in the forest, saving a village and bagging a great jaggi. Is there anything of interest for you?" she asked him. She couldn't really determine which one would be best for them, so she just let Kano decide. He would probably make the right choice, at least that's what she thought. |

| Kano He also found her avatar, face and stats appear under his. At her question, he came to a conclusion rather quickly. "Well, saving a village, right? Surely that's the nicest thing to do?" He suggested, waiting to see if Jeanne approved. |
| Jeanne She nodded to Kano. "Sounds good." He really had a good sense of what was the best thing to do. Suddenly she felt someone's hand tapping her shoulder. It was Lista, who wanted to join them. Jeanne, who was still a bit mad about her throwing the book, crossed her arms and told her: "I don't care. You can join us if Kano let's you join us." |

| Kano He watched the exchange, and chuckled a little awkwardly while scratching his head. He wasn't much of a decision maker, he saw Jeanne as the party leader. "Heh heh, well, as they say: the more the merrier!" He said just as awkwardly, failing to lighten the situation. It did make sense though, Jeanne took a more supportive role, while Kano often relied on speed and technique. Having Lista would add more balance to the team, as she appeared stronger and more sturdy than Jeanne and himself. Just like before he added Lista to the party, and also as a friend. |
| Jeanne She had to laugh really hard when Kano said that. It was kinda awkward, but that's what made it so funny. "That's cute, Kano!" she exclaimed, mocking him a little. Lista's stats appeared under Kano's stats. It looked all good, she was ready to go, but when she was about to say something, Lista had kneeled in front of them. She almost bursted into laughter again, but held it back as good as she could. Jeanne was just a farmers' girl, not some kind of nobility. For her, that procedure was just absolutely ridiculous. "A-Alright, let's go then." she said, not really sure what else to say. |

| "W-What? Why're you laughing?" He asked, his face going red from embarrassment. His covered his blushing by turning around and checking the party log. His earlier assumption was correct. Lista's attack stat was very high, for beginners at least. He also tired to maintain composure when Lista made a pledge of sorts, but he still thought it was a nice thing to do. It reassured him a little. He chuckled, "little pieces, huh? You don't sugar-coat your words, eh" He was ready to leave after Jeanne. |
| Kano "Hmm..." he checked the quest log. "The Manchuria Highway Halfway Point, apparently..." He headed towards the exit and left, expecting the others to follow. |
| Jeanne She just grinned instead of giving Kano an answer and followed him. "That's not far away." They left the library. (Next post at the Highway) |
