and if you don't care about brotherly stuff (kind of, depends on your interpretation ~i don't see their relationship in that way, but some ppl do) No Game No Life
it's really good but the anime ends in the middle of the story, so you better read the light novel i guess

You must watch "Ore Monogatari". Guy look weird, but girl is sweet and really overprotective. Also I was laughing almost in every episode.

Oh and watch more than 4 episodes, because first are a bit stupid in my opinion

I see, so what you mean is something along the Witch Craft works?
Yozakura Quartet has one, but the show is lacking romance if it was hinted at all.
Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakama-tachi, however the girl is a bit tsundere, no ramantic plot is developed at all.
Seto no Hanayome, it is not a romance, pure comedy all the way.
