But I do remember that the story is about a high school boy who has a crush on his classmate.

He walks past a certain lane everyday just so he could see her but he doesn't seem to have the courage to confess his feelings.

One day, new neighbors move in next door. A mother and daughter pair. The daughter is in elementary school but looks like an adult.

The daughter then goes on to cause misunderstandings between the high school boy and his crush.

I remember in one chapter, the high school boy has to pretend to be the father of the elementary school girl while his classmate has to be the mother.

So... does anyone know the title of this manga?

The other one is way more dificult because i don't remember anything aside from a few things. All i can remember is that there was a murder or murders and the MC is a suspect, and there is an old detective(i don't remember if he is from the police or just a private detective) investigating him. I remember clearly a part where he is doing one-handed hand stand push ups with four fingers and when he tries to use three fingers he falls on the ground. That's all i can remember, the killer may be his neighbour but i am not sure about it.
