| L would win if he use Death Note Rule XXXV and IX. i still dont understand why he not use that Rule as his advantage. 1.He can use some low IQ criminal to spell his name wrong 4 time and immune to Death Note. Or 2. He can just use one of XXXV Rule ( if they intentionally misspell the name four times, the Death Note owner will die). And according to rule XIV (If the Death Note is stolen and the owner is killed by the thief, its ownership will automatically be transferred to the thief.). That mean the one who kill Higuchi is the new owner of Death Note and Higuchi died from heart attack so that mean Kira kill him. As he always suspect Light he could gather all memeber and tell them he(or use criminal) will misspell someone(criminal) name 4 time as the result kira will die. That would have corner Light. Death Note How to use IX: 1 The Death Note will not affect those under 780 days old. 2The Death Note will be rendered useless if the victim's name is misspelled four times. XXXV 1. If a Death Note owner accidentally misspells a name four times, that person will be free from being killed by the Death Note. However, if they intentionally misspell the name four times, the Death Note owner will die. 2. The person whose name was misspelled four times on purpose will not be free of death by a Death Note. |
