Not too long ago, I somehow got a few of my MAL friends involve in participating a mock trial involving the character Isayama Yomi. I set this up in order to make this fun and informative to read for MAL members. I also plan to use these court sessions (along with my analysis) to provide my case on how Yomi should be consider a great character among anime from the Critics and Connoisseurs club (a club that contains members with interesting and differential views on anime, manga, and characters). Today, I will provide my first session and continue bringing a different session at a certain time. I hope you will all enjoy this:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Host: We are here to introduce you the "Critics Court of Opinion". In today's case, Anime-Destiny will be the defense attorney to present his view on the character Isayama Yomi from the Ga-Rei Zero series. In order to achieve his goal Anime-Destiny will make his presentation to the MAL member at the stand known to many as Master_M2K.
Judge: Mr. Destiny, you may proceed this trail to the courtroom.
Anime-Destiny: Thank you, your honor. Master_M2K, each day we will have a session in court where I will present an important piece of what makes Isayama Yomi an exceptional character to myself. Recently, I have heard from you that she is a great character but you are not certain how I have these high expectations. This is of course a fair trial since this is the "Critics Court of Opinion" and I would be most honor to share my views with you. In order to prepare for this case, I have the evidence all provided from these documents. C.C., can you receive the documents from my briefcase?
C.C.: Can I get some pizza from Pizza Hut after this?
Anime-Destiny: Eh, oh yeah that's right. (whispering: here is my cellphone and the credit card. umm...can you eat outside the court please?)
(Anime-Destiny holds the documents and C.C. leaves the courtroom)
Anime-Destiny: Now Master_M2K as I mention before each day starting tomorrow, I will present a new piece of information about Isayama Yomi. The reason I'm planning to do this instead of showing the large amount of text as a whole on the document is to make it a little easier on you allowing to think these thoughts over each day. You may take notes down on the stand if you wish and you may make a reply after each court session. After the trail is over, you are your own jury and you will make the decision if my evidence is enough to consider Yomi a favorite of yours. That is all for today, your honor.
Judge: Very well. This court will be in recess until tomorrow. ^^ |
