| Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica (in your PTW). Mature plot, just a bit of blood and it's hardly shown... and oddly enough, only the 1st episode has "some" moe. After that, despite the protagonist and the other characters being girls, it gets really serious. Also, Mawaru Penguindrum would be good. |

| Planetes - no gore, no moe (i haven't completed it yet, but i doubt it goes all hellsing in later eps) Seirei no moribito - this one has some action, but the main char doesn't kill so it's not bloody Chars in both are 20-30 year olds so parents can't accuse for fapping to highschool 2d chars all day long. |
