Onani Master Kurosawa is satire, not a romance manga.

Countrouble
Hetakoi
Mama wa Doukyuusei
Minamoto-kun Monogatari - If you're interested in a manga where the MC is trying to build a harem.
Tonari no Kashiwagi-san
Nana to Kaoru - If you're interested in an unorthodox romance manga. BDSM themed manga.
I'm also filled with pure-hearted ulterior motives.

I think manga has only one genre.

Thanks for the recommendations though!
If you think OMK was rom/com school manga, then I don't even know what to say to you. Manga don't have have one genre, but they do have a central focus, and since you think you can read my kind, let me clear it up for you. Satire is not a genre. OMK was a seinen psychological slice of life/drama that only used romance to develop the main character.

Here is another recommendation: take psychic lessons, because your mind-reading ability is hopeless as it is. If you can't find any classes, find a way to improve your interpretation skills.

Have you ever given shoujo and josei a chance? I know that most people tend to avoid the genre because of the art or simply just because of the demographic, but I see you like Horimiya, which is essentially shoujo disguised as shounen. If you're willing to give shoujo a chance, I can recommend you some shoujo with shounen-esque art.

Edit - I'm going to toss in Iris Zero into the lot, because it is a pretty good manga and in one way or another reminds me of OMK. It's mostly revolved around mysteries but there is a decent romance in development.

Monkey High! is rather gender neutral. Check out the first few chapters and decide from then on. The cleaners for the scanlation group did such a terrible job for the first volume, so it looks "shady" but it gets better later on. If you like it, let me know and I'll try to cough up some more recs for you and eventually open you up to shoujo.
