But it doesn't have anything to do with the topic! Well it does, kind of... anyways, I'm gonna go with School rumble, though I dislike the sunglasses the MC wears :/ And he's too tanned, his moustache doesn't look dat good..

I'm watching one at the moment that's pretty tache-tastic.

But uh not sure you'd like this show....however if your only criteria is the mustache.....then this show is chock full of them. The main (Cao Cao) will sport one later on - but plenty of mo bro's, interesting facial hair.

Helps that it's set in ancient China.

Fair warning - very GAR, very over the top. Might need to actually like the more nuttier wuxia movies (the kind that may have characters called 'Grandmaster White Brows' for example), or those long Chinese/hk/k/j historical dramas, or maybe just Chinese/HK historical war movies (that are a bit over the top).

Might also help if you have an interest in Romance of the Three Kingdoms. But not too much of an interest as it has Cao Cao (usually cast in a villain role) as the anti-hero protagonist. And Liu Bei as a doofus.

Mustaches are too awesome for anime. I cant think of any MC that have them, only side characters. Imagine how awesome Don Frye would be as an anime MC.

OP, the only character I can think of is Freddie from Chromartie High School, who makes several appearances throughout the show.

The MC doesn't have one but, almost all the other chars in Charge! Otoko-juku do, and like Souten Kouro its a very GAR-heavy show.
