| You should try Steins;Gate if you haven't already seen it. Sword Art Online also has a mad scientist who is a villain and probably one of the best done villains I've seen in anime. |

In the last part (last 6 episodes are all about crazy scientists) Full metal alchemist - not really science, but alchemy features some characters that fit undercrazy scientist type of personality Soul eater - the funniest crazy scientist can be found there |
