| Did you make those gifs? I just ask because I really like to know, how you got the all pics from the episodes. |
| Well, no matter who made them, all you really have to do is take screenshots frame-by-frame from the video, and then animate them together in Photoshop or whatever program. |

| frame-by-frame is kinda cumbersome xP I thought that there is maybe a prog to make those screens from a video file and you have just to say "from Minute 5 to 6, please" |
| If you're using ffdshow as your video decoder, you can set it to take the screenshots from a range. It also won't capture subtitles in softsubbed files that way too, so you get clean images. Though, as far as I know you still have to animate the gif yourself. i don't use any program to make gif's besides Photoshop, so there might be a better way. |

| Chibs made a Tutorial of one of the easiest ways to make gifs http://myanimelist.net/blog.php?eid=7500 If you use CS3 there is a slightly different way you need to go about doing things, if that's the case, feel free to contact me. |

| The prog SUPER http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html#Dnload has also an option to save a video file as an animated gif. But i never tried. Works also fine with 3gp files for your mobile phones as a video ring tone. :D And that's what i use it for. ^^ |
