I know I'm just Venting but... In Full Metal Panic Sigma. Do they ever plan on finishing up with these filler stories & get on with the actual story!?!?

Why the hell are they going backwards in volume 15! v15 was the starting story for the novel after the second season of the anime! i wouldnt be so annoyed if they just placed it in the right spot! aghh part of me wants to just skipp it... angerrr!!!!
