| Well, at the end of an adventure that ur DM/GM plans out they award u experience points according to things you did during the adventure(Kills mobs, figure things out, role played ur character, etc) then once u reach the experience u need to level. You level and get more skills, or Feats, Spells, etc |

| Well in D&D at the beginning of a round you roll initiative(who goes first), the person with the highest number from a roll of a 20 sider goes first. Then to attack you would say which mob you were attacking and make ur roll with a 20 sider + attack modifier. You add those together and the DM will tell you whether you hit or not. Then you roll your damage if u hit. The damage is determined by the type of weapon |
