| It was ten minutes since the two left the bar, Tenshi hadn't said a word since then. His eyes were locked straight forward. As the continued to walk they were approached by a few shady looking street punks. "Hey, your girlfriend looks kinda cute," said a guy who seemed to be the leader. They were all dressed in black and he was the only one with shades on. His hair was a fiery red and his coat was sleeveless, displaying on his arm several tattoos of fire streaking up them. "I think your mistaken...." said Tenshi as his piercing blue eyes. They obviously have weapons on them... they wouldn't start anything in broad daylight, thought Tenshi. "You guys must be idiots to approach someone like me... My day hasn't really started off that good to begin with, now a bunch of street punks are trying to pick up a friend of mine? Who do you think you are exactly?" asked Tenshi with a smirk on his face. His eyes starting to glow a fierce blue. "Thats my line! And calling us idiots? You must be the idiot. How's about we finish our chat in the alley?" said the leader placing his hand in his pocket. As I though. Switchblade maybe? thought Tenshi. "I'm sorry, you can talk amongst yourselves in the alley, but I'm taking her home. Right Karen?" asked Tenshi turning his gaze from the group. "Naive!" exclaimed the leader as he rushed Tenshi. He pulled out a switchblade. "So predictable..." mocked Tenshi as he kicked the blade out of the guys hand, following up with a series of quick kicks with only his right foot. "Four kicks?! In less than a second as well!!!" exclaimed the group. "Are you blind? That was obviously eight," said Tenshi calmly as his foot softly touched the ground. The group slowly started to back aways as they lifted up their now unconscious leader, "D-d-demon!!!" They exclaimed as the retreated. "I think they have it wrong... its the other way around..." said Tenshi blankly, "Anyways, lets go Karen. Seems like I'm feeling better now." He had a smirk on his face, "Kay?" |
| Orange: That was interesting... yeah, let's go. The two that finally got to the hideout. Orange: Umm, so my place is on the first floor. I dunno what you're going to do for the rest of the day... Blue slowly got up. His head hurt like crazy. He couldn't remember what happened the night before. Whoa... what did I do last night again? motocross? He stumbled up from the floor and sat down on his bed looking down resting his head in his hands. |
| "I'm just gonna walk around for a bit. Who knows, maybe I'll have some more fun," he said with a smirk, thinking back to what happened a while ago. "Well I'm leaving then, make sure to treat your bite properly." Tenshi began to softly sing the song 'Descending Angel' as he walked away with his hand in the raised in the air, waving back to her. "Torn from the heavens they fall from the sky and walk the streets among mortal men. They hide in shadows, keepers of the night. Mortal life is weak, can't hold back the demons. The blood pours as rain and soon you'll be alone," he began to sing as his voice slowly drifted, "descending angel stand by my side.......we'll face the night....ding angel... gates of hell.... one.. re nig... morning.... light..." His voice was finally gone sa he disappeared into the crowds on the sidewalks. |

| Orange: Bite..? oh Bye!! She went upstairs. When she got to the hideout, she saw Red asleep on the couch. He must have gone for a walk. He's usually awake this early... She thought that he looked cute lightly snoring. She walked over to him. Before she realized what she was doing, she knelt down, leaned over, and sunk her fangs into his neck. His ring glowed brightly and fire shot out of it. She pulled back as the fire shot towards her. Her hand moved and the bricks on the wall flew between her and the fire. Orange: Oh my God... what was that? Blue appeared in the doorway. Blue: What was that? Red was still asleep. Orange, nearly crying: I don't know! I just... I didn't know what I was doing, I couldn't control myself. Blue: Calm down. What did you do? Orange: I- I- I bit him... Blue: Ok, so you bit- wait, you bit him?! Orange: Yeah... Blue: Isn't that a little too kinky. I mean I've known you for awhile, and you were never quite that... Orange: Shut up! Blue: adventurous... and with Red? Orange: Look! That's not all that happened! His ruby! It tried to fry me! Blue: Hot stuff... Orange: But I blocked it... Blue: Blocked it? Orange: Yeah... Those bricks, on the wall there. They moved. I moved them to shield me. | As Tenshi was walking down the busy streets, he turned into a alleyway because he was sick of the crowds. "This looks like a good place to practice some of my magic capabilities..." he said under his breath his a smirk. "Oh? Magic? That sounds like some fun. I have been following you-" said a man in the shadows. "Following? What are you a stalker?" mocked Tenshi. "Huh?!?! Bastard! I was following you because-" he started. "Sorry I don't do autographs," said Tenshi raising his hand and shooing the man away. "I'm here because of what you did to my underling before," said the man with a agitated look. "Underling...?" asked Tenshi who appeared to now be in a state of deep thought, "Oh!" he exclaimed, "you mean that dumbass with the fire tattoos?" "Tch. I'm gonna teach you a lesson smartass!" he exclaimed. "Um... okay? I'm Tenshi, please take care of me," he said with a smile and a mocking tone. "Bastard! How dare you mock me!!" exclaimed the man as he rushed Tenshi. "Oye!" yelled Tenshi said after he sidestepped to avoid the mans rush, "Where I come from, we tell one another our names so that we know the names of those who beat us. I gave you my name, but I know that I can easily destroy you... so how's about it? Name?" "Grr.... Kiba..." said the man as a fireball started to form in his hand. "Oh? So you can use magic. I thought this would be another boring match..." The two started to go at it, Tenshi dodging all his fireballs skillfully. "Stop running you pansy!" exclaimed Kiba. "Chance!" exclaimed Tenshi with a smirk. He landed firmly on the ground, "Tataru..." a large magic insignia enclosed the alleyway, "Kaze! Senpuu!" The air started to form around Tenshi as he dashed towards Kiba, he was now surrounded by a whirlwind that was lifting up the debris from the alleyway. "The hell is this!!" exclaimed Kiba as shards of broken glass and pebble bombarded him. Tenshi had slowly pinned him up against a wall, "You quite the magic user..." "Magic? I'm a combat-based fighter. I'm just working on my magic. Now then..." he placed his finger tip at Kiba's right shoulder, "This is checkmate, give up?" asked Tenshi. Kiba gritted his teeth, "Madan..." a blast of concentrated magic slammed into Kiba's shoulder and he was now bleeding badly, "I'd get to a hospital if I were you." "What... are... you...?" stuttered Kiba. "An angel.... grim angel... The Angel of Light and Darkness," said Tenshi over his shoulder, "Nice to meet you for the first and last time." "Angel.... huh? I never thought.... that one would be...," he coughed up some blood, "anything... like him...." said Kiba, whose voice was getting weaker. His eyes closed. "Huh...?" he asked as he began to stir, "Where... am i?" he asked as his looked around a bright room with nurses and doctors. "The hospital dear," said a friendly nurse, "Some blue haired man brought you here. He was quite a guy, to be able to carry someone your build all the way here." Blue... hair? thought Kiba, "Oh! Him," he exclaimed, but the nurse gently pushed him back down into bed. "You don't want your wound to re-open know do you?" she asked. Wound? he though as it flashed before his eyes. 'Madan' huh... he thought as he fell back to sleep. "Rest up now," said Tenshi who was on the roof of the hospital. He leaped off into the city going rooftop to rooftop. |

Crazy right? Red: What are you talking about? Orange: Look in the mirror. Red walked over to the TV. His neck was feeling sore. When he looked at his reflection, he noticed two small holes. Red: what? why? Orange: I don't know, I'm not sure how or why, I just kind of did. I couldn't control myself. Red: And I burned you? Orange: well, you shot fire at me, with your ring I think. Red looked down at his ruby. Red: hmm... It looks like it's glowing... I don't remember it glowing... Orange: My carnelian's glowing too! Blue: Really? let me see... | "Sorry.. last I saw of him he was with you," she said. She frowned and pulled out what looked to be a pink cellphone, "Just give me a minute, I'll find him. As she flipped it open a hologram appeared. She used the buttons on the phone and highlighted a phone book then scrolled down to Tenshi. "How come there is a heart by his name?" mocked Kuro with a grin. Karin shot a glare towards him. "Its the only way that I can find that idiot..." she muttered, "I have a skull and crossbones by yours." Kuro fell silent, "besides, he got a hold of my phone and its been locked that way since then... it was a yin-yang before." An image of an Tenshi appeared before them, "What do you need Karin?" asked Tenshi wish a smirk on his face which the hologram copied. Over on Tenshi's end him and another person were heading downstairs into a basement. "Karin looks the same as always, you two getting along?" asked the man. "More or less..." replied Tenshi. "Whats more or less?" asked Karin, Tenshi waved it off and she sighed, "Where are you right now?" "The River Styx, the Ferryman is taking me to hell," he replied with a chuckle. "Your there huh... I have some people looking for you, so just stay put and we are coming," said Karin. "Sure..." sighed Tenshi has his hologram broke up and turned back into the menu beforehand. Karin closed her phone, "Well I'll take you to him, he isn't that far from here. Just let me get my coat," she ran over and got a black trench coat from the rack, "Kuro, stay here and help out some." "Tch... fine... I was looking forward to going but oh well..." he said with a sigh. "Ready to go?" asked Karin. Meanwhile... "Hell? I can't take you there.." said Ferryman. "It was a joke, she understands that hell means the basement. She still has the key to get in the front," said Tenshi as he pocketed his black holophone. "I'm glad to see that the holophones are working so good," said Ferryman with a smile. "Tch. Yeah they work... I can never turn mine off, because who knows when she has to get a hold of me..." said Tenshi with an annoyed expression. Ferryman just laughed as he flipped on a light switch which made torches around the basement burn on. "Still cool as ever, you upgraded too?" asked Tenshi. "Yep about a month ago, think the lights are a nice touch?" asked the Ferryman. "A skeleton or two wouldn't hurt, it would give it kinda a creepy cellar feeling," added Tenshi with a chuckle. He smirked when he saw what he came for. |

| Tenshi was walking out of the shop carrying a parcel under his arm, "This place? Its nothing much. Just a place for all your basic need, Ferryman is a pretty damn good informant as well. Oh come out and introduce yourself!" exclaimed Tenshi. A man about 5'7" came out of the shop, he was about average build with spiky white hair and gray eyes, "Hello... I'm Ferryman, thats all you need to know, and thats all anyone else pretty much knows," said the man. "Don't be like that.." said Karin as he elbowed him softly. She turned to Tenshi, "Tenshi Karen was looking for you and she brought some friends with, Benny and Rich." "Oh? See me? What for?" asked Tenshi. |

| Ferryman's eyes narrowed a bit, "Bit huh?" he started to walk up to Red. He glanced at the marks for a second, "Follow me, all of you." "Oye wait up!" exclaimed Tenshi as Ferryman walked back into the shop. He pushed a brick in the middle of the wall behind the cast register. The bricks slowly started to slide backwards until a staircase appeared. They all walked down into the basement under the shop, it expanded for what looked like 3 city block on both the left side and to the right. in front it was about another 6 or so blocks far. The basement was filled with firearms, weaponry, and rows upon rows of bookshelves that extended to the ceiling. "Have a seat here.." said Ferryman as he walked into the jungle of bookshelves "S... s... s... ah here it is," he pulled out a book and blew the dust off of it. He placed the book on the table in front of Orange, Red, and Blue, "I think this will help you, but first can you tell me the family name that the heirlooms belonged to so that I can find the appropriate tomes?" Tenshi glanced at the book, So you were bitten by a Vampire: An idiots guide to Vampirism. "Thats a little cold Ferryman..." "Well I'm sorry Light-kun, but it is the easiest book to follow, and doesn't give an complex explanation about it.. now the names please?" he asked. His solid gray eyes staring at the three. |

"Fine, make sure you pay in time though..." he snickered. "What exactly do you have to test out?" asked Karin. "Nothing really, well... um.. later," he waved and headed towards the stairs. |

| "Hmm? Oh yeah sure. I don't exactly know how effect it will have, but its fine if you come, I guess," said Tenshi, "I'm just gonna go wait in the alley way till you come, there isn't really any need to rush." "I'll just stay here with Karen and Ferryman then, don't forget you gotta help at the pub later then," said Karin. "Yeah, yeah," Tenshi replied with a heavy sigh afterwards, he then started up the flight of stair and exited into the alleyway. He felt water beginning to drip, "I didn't hear anything about rain today..." he said softly to himself as the rain started to come down faster, "Meh... maybe this will help I guess.." he added. He reached into the parcel and pulled out the contains: A golden armlet and a pair of 9mm Taurus PT111 pistols with a holster for each one. "These should help me out with distance combat, hopefully Ferryman adjusted them like I asked... they cost a lot..." he said to himself as he took off his coat and placed on the holsters, then slid the pistols into them. Before placing his coat back on, he slid the armlet onto his wrist. It gave off a small light, but the light soon faded away. The armlet had a pair of wings, one black and one white. In the middle of them was a giant roman numeral 12. They were black with a golden trim and rested on a black background. "Not bad... not bad at all," Tenshi smirked then slowly placed on his trench coat and waited for Blue to come up. |
| Orange continued leafing through the book while Red read over her shoulder. Blue: Gah! You guys are boring! Orange You know, this kind of stuff could be important. What if we can't go in sunlight? Red: Walking in sunlight was one of the first disproven myths in this book. Orange: Good job! He didn't know that! Blue: Ha! Red: Oh... sorry. Blue: Well, I'm gonna check out what flashy's about to show off. Orange: You mean Tenshi? Blue: Ok, ja. He left hoping to see something cool while Orange and Red continued reading. |
| Tenshi was leaning up against the building as he saw Blue come out of the store, "So you came huh? Looks like rain don't you think?" he asked as he looked up to the sky. He reached into his coat and pulled out the handguns. They were the color of obsidian, "I wonder how much punch these things pack..." said Tenshi s he pointed one at a can that he placed on a dumpster across from him, "Funny things about these guns... the amount of ammo depend on how much juice its user has left..." The sky darkened as it began to drizzle a bit. He placed his finger on the trigger and pulled it. What looked like a bullet rocketed out of it and disintegrated half of the can on impact. No shell feel onto the ground, and not a single trace of residue could be seen. There was barely even the sound of a gun shot when he pulled the trigger. "Thats pretty cool," he said as a devilish grin crept across his face, "Wait till Kuro sees these." |
| Blue was completely amazed by what he just saw. He knew quite a bit about guns, but this was just too much. Blue: What the hell was that and where can I get them? Red looked up from the book. He looked around the room they were in. He turned to the Ferryman. Red: So what exactly is this place? And what did you give... what's his name again? Orange: Tenshi. She didn't even look up from the book. She became focused on learning everything she could about the vampire she believed she was becoming. She still felt guilty about biting Red and turning him into a vampire too. She wanted to make sure something like that never happened again. |
| "If your lucky, the Ferryman might get another shipment in by next week, or sooner if you place an order in advanced..." Tenshi had a smirk on his face still, "This feels great. It is the first time I have ever used a real gun. That is... if you can call these guns... before the only thing that I used was..." Tenshi holstered the guns again and raised his left hand. He extended his middle and index finger and raising his thumb to make it look like an L on its side, "this... I guess you can call them something close to guns that use..." He paused again. An orb appeared at the tips of fingers, "Madan," then blue orb dashed towards the can, finishing off the rest of it, "or magic bullets in English." Lightning crackled, illuminating the dim alleyway while a prolonged roll of thunder echoed throughout it. Tenshi lowered his arm. Yet again lightning struck, while the thunder boomed. It lit the alleyway briefly, and Tenshi stood there. That devilish smirk stretched across his face. [Meanwhile] The Ferryman headed to a counter that had a pot of coffee on it. He poured a cup for himself as headed over to the table. He placed the cup on a coaster and pulled back a chair and sat down. After taking a sip of it he looked over to Red, "Tenshi had ordered an armlet that had a very important insignia from his past on it, and a pair for specially modified handguns." Karin was shocked by the Ferryman's words. She drifted her gaze downward at the table and didn't say a word. Ferryman noticed her reaction and sipped his coffee again. "Sounds like it is really coming down out there. I wonder if they will be rejoining us before it gets to late." He reached into his pockets and pulled out a cigarette, "You don't mind if I have one right?" he asked Red and Orange. Karin was still sitting there, lost in her own thoughts. "By the way... do you think its really safe for your friend to be up there alone with Tenshi-kun right now? It seems like Dark-kun came out to play," added Ferryman. "What?! Why did he come out? There isn't any demons around here!" exclaimed Karin as she shot out of her chair. "Don't worry that much," said Ferryman waving for her to sit back down, "Something when Tenshi-kun gets a new toy he comes out." Karin sat back down and glanced over to the stairs, "Tenshi..." |

A dark, or yin, and a light, or yang, side. His dark side is called Yami no Enzeru, or the Angel of Darkness. His other side is called Tomoshibi no Enzeru, or the Angel of Light" Kari added to Ferryman's explantation, "His dark side usually takes over during fights, it is also the side that displays Tenshi's serious and..." she paused, "his more badass traits," she did a quote unquote motion with her fingers. "His light side is usually in control the rest of the time and displays Tenshi's carefree and comical traits." "Thus, Light-kun and Dark-kun," said Ferryman. "But your the only one that calls him that..." Karin finished. "Um... his name is Ferryman. As the Ferryman of the River Styx... hence the name of the shop... but," Tenshi said as he began to smirk," go ahead and call him Fairy. I wonder what his reaction will look like." {Meanwhile back at Zenten Pub} "Ugh...." bellowed Kuro, "its so boring when Tenshi-kun and Karin aren't here.." he dropped a beer bottle and it rolled off the table. He sood up, half stumbling over, and walked over to Mia and Aki and took a seat, "Psst! Mia," whispered Kuro, "Psst!" "Kuro! Shut up already! You've been like that for the psat hour already! I'm sure everyone is sick of it already," barked Jake. "Pfft, your no... fu..." He fell forward and past out. |

| **Warning, this entry is really long ** "Guns...?" asked Karin. "Well I have to order some then it will take me a while to adjust them. So maybe a week or two. Also I do take Visa, but I usually prefer money over it. Oh and I'd have to caliber it to fit your magical capabilities," replied Ferryman to Blue. He then turned his look towards Red, "Well he isn't sick, but he is a special case among angels..." he paused and looked at Karin. "Umm... I'm just gonna go and check on Tenshi..." she said as she got up. Ferryman waited for her to leave before he began again. He conjured a small flame from the fingertip of his index finger to lit a cigarette, then made the fire disperse, "He is an angel that became a grim angel. Grim angels are chosen by the court and then granted the powers beyond that of all other angels to defend both this world and the realm. Usually they are born into the inner most ring outside the castle of the Realm of Gods, but like I said he is a special case. To go any further I have to explain the Realm first." He got up and grabs a notebook, then sat back down. He opened to a blank page and drew a circle with rings inside of it. He pointed to the small circle in the center, "This is the Castle of the Realm of Gods, in it lives the Royal family and the Ruler of well... what you people call Heaven," he said as he then pointed to the space in between it and the first ring, "This is where the upper class and Grim angels live. It houses beings such as our friend Kuro. Kuro is a Seraph, so other Seraphs live here, along with other pure blooded angels. By that I mean beings that were born as Angels, but didn't first live on Earth. They are usually chosen to become Grim angels." Then he then pointed to the first ring, "This represents a wall that separates the upper and middle class angels." He then moved his finger to the next white space, "This is where angels of the middle class live, which includes some souls that came from Earth." Next, he pointed to the last white space after showing them the ring that separates the middle and lower class, "Here lives all other angels, which is few, and the rest of the souls that come from this world. It has some of the worst living conditions compared to to inner walls, but there isn't much to do about that..." Finally he moved his finger outside of the circle, "This is what the rest of the realm is made of, it's called by almost all of the angel as the dead zone, because the terrain is so horrible that it is a miracle that anything can live out here. It is also inhabited by demons and other monsters. This my friends, is where good old Tenshi-kun was found by Karin's father, a former Grim angel. Now then, allow me to tell you a story, it relates to Tenshi's condition and Karin is in it as well." **Only read this if you want to see Tenshi's and Karin's past** {Meanwhile} Karin and Tenshi were sitting inside of the shop on one of benches, Tenshi was asleep and Karin had just nodded off next to him. His hair was dripping wet from the rain. It was still coming down out there. Tenshi slowly opened one of his eye and watched her resting there. He didn't want to wake her by making any movements. He just smiled and sat there, She must be really tired," he thought. "Ten...sh..i..." she mumbled in her sleep. Tenshi just smiled again and sat there looking at the falling rain. "The rain... its so soothing..." he whispered softly as he just sat then, not moving his gaze from it. |

| Tenshi was sitting on the bench while Karin was still asleep. He heard a voice. Tenshi: The hell was that? Voice: ... e... re.. Tenshi shot up from the bench, causing Karin to fall over. Karin: Mhmm... *rubbing her eye* Tenshi....? Where are we? Tenshi: The River Styx. But did you just here that voice? Karin: Voice... *she remembered that she dozed off next to Tenshi* KYA!! You didn't do anything when I was asleep did you! *Her face was red* Tenshi: No! I was just siting there, then I jumped because I heard a weird voice. Voice: Bastard! Who are you calling weird! Karin: Haha... very funny Tenshi... throwing your voice like that. Tenshi: I didn't say anything it sounded like it came from- Voice #2: Honestly... can't you go a century without starting something? I was finally able to get a decade's worth of good sleep... why'd you have to wake me up you fool. Voice #1: Who are you calling a fool! It was this punk that woke me up! Using us all nonchalantly. Tenshi: Use them... oh! *He pulled out the twin handguns* Voice #1: Ding ding ding! Ladies and gents' he have a winner! Show the idiot what he won! BWAHAHAHAHAHA! Tenshi: *eye twitching* Talking guns....That Ferryman must think he is such a badass... Karin: So... if they are talking... then that means they have souls? Or are enchanted...? Voice #1: Ah! Seems like you got quite the looker there governor. Voice #2: Don't mind him my dear boy... everything this old fool spits out is nothing but rubbish anyways. Tenshi: So.... do you have names by any chance? Voice #1: Shouldn't you tell us yours first! I mean I want to know the name of the dumbass that will be using us from now on! Voice #2: Mind you tongue already... I'm Keigoku, and the one with the bad mouth is Zaiaku. We use to be a single being, but our soul was split. Karin: Kinda like Tenshi's case... *she muttered softly to herself* Tenshi: Oh.. okay, nice to meet you. My name is Tenshi Akki, and from today on I guess I'll be your wielder. Zaiaku: Tch. Don't go and make assumptions on your own. You don't even know how to use us. Besides, I'd rather be with that pretty lil' thing over there. Karin: Not only does he have a bad mouth... but he seems like a dirty old pervert... Keigoku: Sigh... your assumption wouldn't be too far off... *The Ferryman rushed up to the upper floor. Red, orange, and blue where behind him.* Ferryman: Karin whats wrong! I heard you scream. Karin *waving her hands * Oh nothing its all fine.. Zaiaku: Fine my ass... Ferryman: What did you say Tenshi? Tenshi: Wasn't me... *points to the gun in his left hand* He said it... Zaiaku: Damn right I did! Keigoku: Sigh... here we go again... |

| Ferryman: It's Ferryman... not Fairy Man... Karin: *giggle* Its alright Zaiaku: Of course we fucking talk! Keigoku: Always with the swearing... honestly... Ferryman: They talk because they have souls. Binding a soul to an item gives them magical properties. In some special cases, they are able to talk. Tenshi: So these were a special case... more annoying if you ask me... Zaiaku: Tch. It can't be helped anymore! Since you were the first to use us since our old owner, the contract can't be canceled. Tenshi: Contract? Ferryman:Yes. Since you used them, your magic is bound with their magic. Only you can use them now. Until your existence ceases, they are yours, and only yours. Tenshi: You gave them o me knowing this didn't you... Ferryman: Of course, you were asking for powerful guns that could use magic, and I gave you the second most powerful ones. The most powerful one is a magnum I have right here on in my holster. Tenshi: Does it talk? Ferryman: *grins* Nope |
| Blue: Sweet! That means you can get me a pair that don't talk right? Red: I dunno... considering the rate you talk, I wouldn't mind the change. Orange: Wait a minute, what do you think you'd do with those? Blue: Shoot. Orange: Yeah, nuh uh. Ferryman, you don't need to get him anything. Blue: My money, I control it. I'll take a pair of the best you can get me. Red: Karen, don't worry, he won't be able to use 'em anyway. Orange: hm? Oh, he probably will... Apparently our own internal manna has gone up. Humans wouldn't be able to do much I'm guessing, but we're supposed to be able to use most magic transferring items like those guns. Especially if we drink more blood. Red and Blue's heads perked up. Blue: More what? |
| Zaiaku: Tch. Talking about using up your magic so carelessly! Keigoku: I'd hate to say it but... Zaiaku is right... Ferryman: Guns like Zaiaku and Keigoku are dangerous if you underestimate them. If you pour in a amount of mana the attack gets stronger. But if you don't know how to control transferring your mana, it could drain away your life as well. Tenshi: All this talk reminds me of school back in the Realm of Gods... Karin: Why are you complaining? You got the second highest marks in the classes. Ferryman: And the difference between your mana and Tenshi-kuns is worlds apart at this time. How about we test your magic capabilities then? Richard was it? I'd like to see how you handle sparring with Tenshi if you don't mind. However only attack him with your water attacks if you can of course. Tenshi: Tch. Going off and deciding things on your own... of well. If he is okay with it... I'm game. Ferryman: How about it Richard? Would you like to try? Oh and since Tenshi has a little more experience, how's about we give him a handicap? All three of you spar with him. Sound good? |
| Orange: Waahh? Blue: Let's do it! Red:... Orange: You don't know the first thi- Blue: Girl, this is a little sparring match, come on, you saying I don't know how to fight? Red: You don't know magic. Orange: That's right, we don't know anything about spells or how to control our manna or anything like that. Red: Look, if this were a classic throwdown, my money would be on you pretty easy. No one else I'd rather have back me up in a fight, but this is a different playing field. Orange: He's got years of training and education, plenty of spells to choose from, and God Knows... Blue: Ya'll done talking yet? I feel like having a little action take place here... Besides, it's not like he's going to use those little love guns of his. I can totally take on this little unnamed world you got going on here. It's not like he's going to turn into some monstar. Orange: I've seen him fight. He'd probably breakthrough you. Blue: Well, I haven't seen him fight. I'll welcome unknown. Red: Dude, this isn't all sunny sunny happiness. | Tenshi smirked. Tenshi: Oh? Then if its a fight you want... He holstered his guns and took off his trench coat which revealed Kaosu and Kiritsu. He undid the holsters for his guns and placed them on the coat. Next he removed his swords and undid the top button to his shirt. His eyes turned an icy blue. Tenshi: Then I'd gladly be your opponent. Zaiaku: Oh ho? Seems like he changed a little? Keigoku: Indeed... kinda reminds me of us when we had a body... Tenshi: So Richard... are you coming or not? If not, then I'll go on ahead! Ease the burden gravity places on my body, Feather Step! Tenshi started to do little taps as he got into a boxing fighting stance. Tenshi: Ready? Here I come! He completely disappeared for a second only to appear in front of Blue the next, with his arm cocked back and about to make contact. Tenshi's devilish smirk stretched from what appeared to be ear to ear. Ferryman: Now Richard! Image an wall in your head and create a barrier to defend against Tenshi's punch. If you don't the damage will be catastrophic! |

| Orange threw her book at Tenshi while imagining the wall that the Ferryman had mentioned. It smashed into Tenshi's hand as his fist was about to collide with Blue's face. Orange: I said no! Red: Whoa there... calm down. Blue was about to shoot forward and join in the fight, but Red held him back. |
| Tenshi's eyes were still shining with an icy blue tint. Ferryman: There is only one way to stop him in this state... either he defeats his opponent... or.... The barrier Karen placed in front of Blue started to crack. Ferryman: Seems like you got the idea, but you forgot to add your opponents strength into your calculations... Karin, subdue Tenshi if you don't mind... Karin: Alright... she rose he hand up and her eye turned an emerald green. Karin: Bind my targets movements, First seal of Heaven! Tenshi's body was encased by a green light. Karin: Bind my targets limbs, Second seal of Heaven! Tenshi's arms were forcibly locked together by the wrists behind his back. Karin: Ease the mind of my target, Final seal of Heaven. Tenshi's breathing returned to normal, as did his eyes. Tenshi: Huh...? Why can't I move...? Karin: You went a little berserk there for a second... but I got it under control. Zaiaku: Such a scary girlfriend... Karin(blushing): I'm not his girlfriend! Keigoku: I think you just killed our wielder.... Tenshi: Can you undo the seals... I calmed down didn't I? Karin: You can stay like that for a while... Ferryman: Overkill.... Karin: What was that?? Ferryman: Oh nothing *started to whistle* Anyways.. those seals she just cast were made specifically to only be used on Tenshi because of his special case. He tends to go berserk from time to time, so her and Kuro both know these spells. Tenshi: Come on... If they want to learn how to use magic, isn't it best to have them spar? Thats how I did it. Karin: Sparring against demons when you were 6 isn't like going against people who just learned they had mana! Tenshi: I'll hold back and only use 10%... Karin: Your 10% is like 200% to them.... |

"Karin... if I go over board again, you can use those restraint spells again... even if it did hurt like a bitch breaking the seals," said Tenshi. "No one told you to break the seals..." murmured Ferryman. "And when we are done, then I'll go one on three, with you attacking like your lives are on the line. That is the only way you can see how much you've learned. Is that fine by you, Karen?" asked Tenshi, "Plus if he feels like it, I'll go one on one with Rich. Using a small fraction of my magic though... because he is still far from being able to take me on at my full strength," he said with a devilish smirk. |
| Blue: That's it- Red put Blue in a full nelson. Blue: Hey get off me! Orange: Thanks Tenshi. Learning hands on has always been better for me anyway. She smiled at him. Red let Blue up. Red: Cool yet? Blue: Yeah whatevs dude |
| "Alright then, we should begin. First! Call me Sensei if you wish," he said as he pulled out and lit up a cigarette. "Ferrymen... I think he is getting a little too into it..." whispered Karin. "Yeah..." he whispered back. "Alright! To start off we can't let the town hear this uproar so..." he said with a smirk as a giant scythe began to form in his left hand. When it was finished he yelled, "The Icy Scythe of Death! Zetsumei! Cover this town with your eternal frost!" The sky began to change color as the sounds of the city began to stop. A bird as frozen in its spots as Tenshi advanced spell coupled with the magic in his weapon froze time. "Alright, it is gonna be a little hard to breath at first because only people with magic abilities can function within its limits, but this is the best way to raise your magical endurance." |

| "Alright, now that we can practice in peace I am going to launch a spell at one of you at a time until you get the basics for forming a spell and utilizing your magic. Like Ferryman said before, the basic for creating a spell is to first picture its form in your head," he said as he held out his hand and a sphere of blue energy appeared, "Right now I imagined a sphere in my mind and formed it with my magic in an instant. If I want to make it bigger..." the orb grew three times its size, "I just image an even bigger sphere and increased the flow of my magic to my hand. Its the same if you want to make it smaller." "He seems to know his stuff..." whispered Ferryman. "Utilizing this is the basics of beginner level magic. We will get to combining it with elements later on. Right now you are just going to practice with your natural energy. We will take breaks now and then because this will be extremely strenuous," he decrease the flow of magic and made the orb as big as a average sized rock, "Now then, first I will teach you a basic defensive magic. Even though I rarely use it, my line of work prior to what I do now required it for me to graduate." ""Did they really?" asked Ferryman and Karin soon nodded. Ferryman and Karin kept talking and Tenshi's eyebrow began to twitch. The orb grew to the size of a small car, "Will you to please be quite?!?" he roared. After he cooled off a little he shrunk it back to the size of the rock, "Now then I want one of you to step forward and image that there is a wall in front of you, and also image a stream of magic flowing to your hand. With this hopefully you can create a wall, or a basic barrier. If you don't, this size of concentrated magic will feel like getting pricked with a needle, or stung by a bee. So it shouldn't hurt that much." |
| Orange: ooo! I'll try! Blue: I'm not much of a defense guy anyway... Red: We're all gonna have to do it at some point. Blue: Whatevs Orange: Ok... So a wall... Her hair floated in the slight breeze as she put her hand up in front of her, palm in front. She imagined a glass dome loomed over and around her. She felt a strange sensation run through. The sensation started in her chest, as if it came from her necklace. It didn't tingle or tickle. Wasn't abnormally cold or warm. It was different. She couldn't explain it, but the feeling traveled from inside of her to her shoulder to her arm to her hand. The feeling stayed in her hand, but she almost believed it affected something around her. She didn't notice her hair fell behind her, still; the wind couldn't reach her. Orange: Did I do it? Red and Blue looked at her confused. Orange: What? Did I do it? Red and Blue couldn't hear her, something stood between them and her. Her lips moved, but no sound reached them. Orange got angry and tried walking toward them. She put her hand down and took one full step. She was in the middle of another step when she hit her head against either nothing or a very well Windexed glass door. She fell back holding a bloody nose. |
| Tenshi crushed the orb in his hand, "Seems like she the gist of it," he said with a smirk as he walked up to the barrier she put up and placed his hand on it, "Not too weak, but it could be a little stronger. A good start if you ask me," he said with a grin as he applied tried to clench his fist together. Something that sounded like glass cracking filled the air as he was finally able to clench his fist, shattering the barrier in the process. He smiled at Orange, "Good work Karen, now go to Karin and have her take care of your nose." He looked over to Blue and Red, "So are either of you confident enough to give it a try?" |
| Orange got up and held her head back. Orange: Itf not ftoo badf... kheck Red looked at Blue. Red: You wanna try? Blue: Fine, I'll give it a go. He put his hand up and thought about the dome that Orange made. He felt a similar sensation that she did, but his came from his wrist and almost instantly created his wall. He did not feel it go through anything more than his wrist and hand, though. The energy quickly formed. He fell to a knee because he was too tired to stand up. |

I noticed something too..." he said as he walked over to Blue and grabbed his arm, "That jewel that's on your bracelet began to glow, and the same thing happened for Karen," he dropped his arm and stood up, "You said that their are heirlooms right? Is that really the truth? If so, that means magic is already in your blood," he said as he pulled out a cigarette and lit it up. "Huh? What do you mean," asked Karin. "Karen has a necklace, Benny a bracelet, and Richard a ring right? The closer the magic medium is to the exit point of where you are casting magic from, the faster your spells get cast," he said as he let out a puff of smoke, "However, the faster the magic is channeled, the less control you have over controlling its strength or how much magic you feed into your spells." "I remember reading something like that... but you can control if freely, hows that?" asked Karin. "Your coming up with these on purpose aren't you... you already know, but I don't see the harm in explaining it. Since I am an angel I have no medium to control my powers, because my powers come with my status. The reason I got this," he pulled up his sleeve on his left arm to reveal the bracer he got, "a magical item that acts like a medium, just like what you guys have, I can increase my casting time more than it already is." "However, I've been trained to handle everything that was meant for battles in the Grim Angel Academy, so I already no how to control these things. It will take you some time, but soon you will know longer get the negative reactions like Benny just did. You will train until it becomes just like breathing," he smiled, "Do you think you have what it takes?" |

| Hours of rigorous training passed and they seemed to have been improving fasting than Tenshi had expected. He rose his hand and smiled as he snapped his fingers. The spell he place over the city shattered and time began to flow again. He looked at the completely exhausted Red, Blue, and Orange. "You did good today. It seems that you finally understand the basics, and are able to execute fairly well. Rest up tonight, because for here on out it..." he paused and an eerie grin crept across his face, "It will only get harder." He clapped his hands and he picked up his equipment, "Now then if you don't get a good enough rest tonight, don't tell me I didn't warn you because tomorrow is gonna be absolute hell," he swung his coat around and he slid his arms through the sleeves and holstered his gun. After that he lit up a cigarette, "Alright... now that this is settled, I have my own training to undergo with my new weapons, and I plan on mastering it as fast as possible. Sleep tight now. I'll see you tomorrow... I'll be nice and let you recover up to about 10ish. Later," he said with a smile as he disappeared in an instant. "Seems like he is enjoying himself..." said Ferryman as a giant sweat drop tickled down his head. Karin nodded and looked at the exhausted group, "This isn't the first time Tenshi ever trained someone... but I want you all to know something. Out of all the classes of Grim Angels he trained, only 5 passed each class...." "Five...?" asked Ferryman, "I'm afraid to ask but out of what...?" "Over a hundred per class..." she said. Ferryman didn't reply. "Well if you all need a place to crash, the pub has a few rooms open and its not that far from here. I doubt Tenshi will sleep at all tonight... he can usually go a week without sleep when he is like this..." she added. |

| Tenshi was standing on the rooftops of the city as he took a deep breath and readied his guns. He turned on the ipod and placed the headphones over his ears. "Noooo sleep...." he sang as he started to run and jumped off the roof, "No sleep until I am done with finding the answer~" he continued as did a front flip and twirled in the air as he shot two cans positioned on the corners of the nearby roofs and destroyed them. As he landed on the rooftop across the street he shot towards the ones to his left and right destroying two more cans. "Won't stooop... Won't stop before I find a cure for this cancer..." he sang as he shot at a few cans across the street positioned on the fire escape. He continued his acrobatics for a while as he destroyed the cans on the rooftops of the city, "They say... That I must learn to kill before I can feel safe... But I... I rather kill myself then turn into their slave-" he stopped, "Shit..." he had only nicked a can causing it to plummeted down towards the sidewalk. It was to late as he tried to stop it, it had already smashed into the pavement in the city below. Tenshi saw the group in fell before and smiled. He jumped of the roof, seeing that no one else was around and landed in front of them. "Sorry about that," he said as he removed the headphones, the music still on and playing, "this is the only can out of 30 that I didn't destroy completely on contact," he said as he rubbed the back of his neck. "Honestly... your lucky it wasn't some random city person," said Zaiaku. "You should be more careful wielder..." said Keigoku. "Yeah yeah... I know," said Tenshi followed by a light sigh, "Anyways... are you okay? It seems like you were able to cast a small barrier at the last second, protecting yourself from the shrapnel of the can. Anyways are you okay you guys?" he asked to Orange, Blue, and Red. |
| Red: Yeah we're fine, thanks. Orange: I think I'm really getting used to it now haha. Blue: Is shooting cans really all that difficult for you? I mean, they're standing still, so you know where they are the whole time. You should have one of your friends move them around while you do your flips and all. Someone of your skill level should try doing harder things shouldn't you? |
