If I recall correctly, it's implied that a Claymores hair doesn't grow, most likely because they don't age. If her design is going to change once she "comes back" is everyone's guess.

some one discovered that a Claymore's hair does grow. I forgot who made this discovery, what Claymore it was, and what chapters-pages it was, unfortunately.

Also, I'm not sure if it was addressed, whether this Claymore who's hair grew, was still developing herself (hadn't yet reached maturity), or if she was at maturity, yet her hair still grew, while her body didn't-remaining youthful.

Though, maybe it's just an artistic-issue, too. (like how Teresa regresses in youth despite her being older - due to improved artistic ability by Yagi over the chapters-time-practice).
