Here's my full list:
-Neo Tokyo (1986)
-Robot Carnival (1987)
-Memories (1995)
-Sweat Punch (2002)
-The Animatrix (2003)
-Winter Days (2003)
-Amazing Nuts! (2006)
-Ani*Kuri15 (2007)
-Genius Party (2007)
-Genius Party Beyond (2008)

I love these works and this list contains some of the best things I've seen on screen. I wonder if are there more.

PS: Maybe someone can help me find out where is this from (I'm pretty sure it's not from any of the above, but I may be wrong...) There are a group of friends in pretty calm place when suddenly the town is attacked by a mad scientist in a huge mecha. The friends promptly get ready on their own rather clumsy and rustic mecha and proceed to engage the mad scientist and kick him outta town! I recall the animation being pretty fluid and colourful, I wonder if it's something Studio 4ºC.

That would be the Robot Carnival short "Tale of Two Robots." It's my favorite mecha story and can be found on youtube here:

I don't know any other compilation anime but give Paris, Je T'Aime a try. It's a collection of love stories by 20 unique directors. Some are better than others, but the film is quite touching as a whole.

You could try Digital Juice, Aru Tabibito no Nikki + specials, Mizu no Kotoba, Bavel no Hon and stuff from Jun Aoki (he has a youtube channel with a lot of very short movies) or Osamu Tezuka.

And seconding ace's list, if you haven't seen them.

That's what I didn't find on your list I think, otherwise you've seen all short movies/ compilations I have.

And Paris je t'aime is a very good movie indeed. I don't remember them all being love stories though, at least not in the classical sense.
I probably regret this post by now.
