My favorite is Junior Warrant Officer Schrödinger from Hellsing Ultimate. He is the most cute evil character I ever seen. And he is immortal! Well, almost immortal.

But my favorite female animal eared character is Eris(Elise?) from Asobi ni Iku yo!
