| I'm pretty good at visualising/daydreaming about certain things, always have been, but not with everything. I can and do actually daydream about my waifus at night, and can add their speech movement backgrounds/settings etc, but can only seem to visualise 2 people/characters at once (plus me). Other things though I struggle with. At times I've tried doing meditation & spiritualism visualisation exercises and I've struggled with some of them. Maybe because I was with others and felt pressured, as they were all doing it successfully and I had a time limit of sorts with an audio tape telling you what to do. Never tried it any other way to find out if I could have done it that way. |
