I've noticed that a lot of anime seem to have that issue, I always kinda figured it was just a MAL thing but I'm glad to see someone else finally mentioning it bc it bothers me so much sometimes lmao

On the desktop version, there is an option to edit at the top right corner on the anime/manga title page. you can request to edit whatever section you want to be reviewed by MAL admin.
