| Episode 1 And here we have A Returner’s Magic Should Be Special all over again with Kyle killing the Demon Lord after everybody kicked the bucket before doing so himself, and then ends up going back in time years before the war. Given a second chance in life, Kyle is determined to use his experience to avoid a repeat of history. So here, it’s A Returner’s Strength Should Be Special as Klye is determined to get stronger to defeat the Demon Lord without losing anybody. While it might be interesting, I’m not exactly convinced at this point. |
| it's basically 'New Game+'. I don't see why I should be interested in following the story of someone who already suceeded and got their ending-- bad one as it may be. The protag has already beaten the Demon Lord, dying as he did along with the rest. Him doing a reset is basically just him getting a 2nd chance to go about things better with more peaople surviving through it. Good for him as he gets a chance for a better result... not for the viewers of the show who's already been spoiled of the ending and now has to watch the protag go through his 2nd attempt with the advantage of keeping his experiences and knowledge at level 1. Meh, animation is bad and that final battle was kinda dumb. The demon king is a faceless nobody who doesn't talk. OK. Guess I'll give it an ep or 2 to see his plan. But yeah why not tell his mom? She would believe him the second she saw the stone.

But I'm pretty sure we've had shows with a relatively similar plot twist that completely botched the execution or somehow managed to make even that surprise boring. |
| One question for me is Can the same artifact exist in two places at once after time travelling. If yes then the Demon Lord has his own version of the Dragon Crystal and there are now two artifacts capable of storing vast magical power If no then the version the Demon Lord had just vanished, he likely realizes that someone just arrived from the future and kicks off his invasion early. |
| So he moved on to elf girl after the red head died in the previous timeline? That's awkward. I thought he was using illusion magic or something there at the start but he was just fighting his imagination apparently. Considering he was somehow taking physical blows from his own imagination it must be over active. Everyone making red head carry all the luggage. This show is still stupid. |

| Episode 3 And once again, Kyle is using his clairvoyance to skip the labyrinth's challenges to get to his new sword Sildonia, much to the sword spirit's disgust, but seeing that she can read his memories that she decides to play along and act as if he just found her. And with what has transpired, Kyle has the potential to be the GOAT, but at the same time it could kill him long before the final boss does. But in the meantime, Kyle needs to prevent Milena's death as a hydra is supposed to kill her in two days with her half-brother being the fall guy for it. So now, Kyle will look to become the ultimate warrior seeing that everything depends on getting strong. |

| Did the first part of this episode just replay an entire scene from the last episode? I was wondering if I had clicked on the wrong episode to begin with. Anyway, stellar fight animation as always. |
| I almost forgot to watch this slop. I was hoping they really did leave Theron to die but I guess he's a super awesome fighter for some reason. Fortunately for him not a single one of the knights thought to use their crossbows on him. If Zentos actually really wanted to kill the princess he should have just kept on riding past Kyle. There's no reason to stop and deal with him. |

| Well, that was a crappy "ending". This story felt very disjointed, and they didn't really do anything to make it interesting, or actually flesh out the actual story or the back story that actually is important in this instance. Only the Water Magician so far has felt more like there really wasn't any through like to the story. 5.5/10. Right now, I am rounding up to 6 on MAL...but may end up rounding down to 5 |
