Would the American theatre announcement have happened by now? Taking demon slayer for a time estimate example
| Sorry if you had a stroke reading that but I didn’t now how to word it better. So for movies like demon slayer that have gotten a release in America did it also take this amount of time before we got an announcement on it? The release date was announced in January so it’s been about 5 months, is it starting to look like theirs not gonna be an American/international release or is this a normal amount of wait? Same question about the announcement for when the movie is gonna be on Crunchyroll. Ik haikyuu got a international theatre release too but I don’t remember when they announced it. |

Hard to say right now if Zombieland Saga will get a US release. I don't remember how long it took for DS, MHA, or even Haikyuu (Pretty sure that one had a US release) to get a release. The thing is, DS, MHA, and others are much more popular than ZLS. I'm not saying it's bad, but Shonen series will always see a US release. I don't think there's been any news about the Dragon Maid movie coming to theaters. Even the Gridman movie didn't get a release, and just popped up on the site one day. Streaming release could be a while, as they have to wait for that to play in Japan, and then release. We might get it one day, but it's still too early to say. |
