Finished the show all the way through and it seems like I read a different synopsis than what I watched. The last two sentences in CR mentions how the MC is looking for a cure, and most importantly: is immune to the illness (and therefore the world’s last hope). Am I missing something? I’ve only watched the anime and not seen any other related media.

*Spoilers?*

The main reason I watched it was because I thought the idea of looking for a cure and being immune sounded intriguing. I guess you can say they technically mention looking for a cure, but that’s from Larry and not the MC. It was brought up once, offhandedly.

The immunity point was never brought up, right? The first episode or two they kept asking what made him special and I kept expecting the immunity thing to come into play. I don’t remember it ever being revealed or even discussed in the show.

Did I miss something? Why is the synopsis so different than what actually happens?
