so i can't wait for the next season because we need to wait for a long time so i wanted to ask which Manga chapter continues the story could anyone help me ?

I think you are better off waiting. There are only like 7 chapters out I believe and the author takes a few months for each chapter. I think starting at 61 is right although 60 in case you need a refresher.

Chapter 61 picks up where season 2 left off. There's not many chapters to read though, as the manga doesn't have a typical release schedule. You might as well just wait for them to be adapted.

How long do you think it'll take for there to be enough chapters, so that season 3 will be released?

After season 2 comes chapter 61. But you should also read the side-story "Reg" which comes after chapter 38 as well as the "Distant Characters" side-story which is in the last pages of chapters 39 and 40. You should also read the side-story "Jiruo" which comes after chapter 42 and you might read "Mio" as well, because the anime didn't cover 100% of it. Mio is also after chapter 42.

But I recommend reading the whole thing to appreciate it.

Given how little there is between current chapter of the manga and where the anime drops off I would say just read the whole sucker. The anime and manga have so much variance artistically that it really is worth doing the full read, particularly given the time devoted to things like world maps and back drops.
