Water 7/Enies Lobby. The emotion, suspense, conflict, Robin and Franky’s backstories, great villains (CP9), Luffy vs Rob Lucci, introduction of Gear 2 and 3, the loss of the Merry, Luffy fallout with Usopp, so on. It was perfect One Piece

tbf to thriller bark it had to compete between water 7 and sabaody so it got a tough moment to compete with lol

oh you're on water 7? be prepared to change your list after every single arc. Not all arcs are perfect after water 7 saga but, they all provide unique experience that won't be repeated in any further arcs/sagas

Water 7 is a solid arc but I gotta say the best arcs are Marineford, Sabaody, and I’m a big fan of WHI

Enies Lobby arc is a memorable one followed by Marineford and Wano.

First half of Dressrosa was great until they ruined the pacing.

Well my favorite is Skypiea. The artwork and setting is just breathtaking. Next best is Water 7 and Ennies Lobby. Anything after that doesn't even come close (maybe Dressrosa). The fantasy element really picks up with Thriller Bark and it just doesn't have the same gritty "pirate adventure" feel. Everyone is just so OP that by the time you get to Wano, it's more like DBZ.

reverse mountain (hype af), arabasta (final boss epic fight), skypiea (hype af too), g-8 (my top fav filler) and impel down (liked buggy)
I haven't caught up with the anime. I'm like halfway the series.
