Who do you think is the strongest captain in present day(Hell Arc).
It's been 12 years since the defeat of Yhwach and in present day Rukia and Ichigo both have their own families.

In Tybw 2 people unlocked their TRUE Bankai's that being Rukia and Kenpachi. It takes at most 10 years for one to master or become adjusted and stronger with their Bankai.

Shunsui surprised us, Mayuri can always evolve, Nanao has an Ex-Machina God killing weapon while Rojuro, Kensei, Isane and Lisa are now all Captains.

The Soul Society needs a new leader after the deaths of so many and the crisis their about to find themselves in.

Btw:
I won't be including Aizen or Ichigo as this is a poll only for the Captains.
