Not to be a Debbie downer but I highly doubt it’ll ever get an adaptation. It’s not popular enough; especially when most of Ai Morinaga’s manga are very problematic. Shes been deceased for a few years now, so I’m not sure how that would work with the revenue and whatnot. I don’t think it would be appropriate to start a project since she would have no say in it. Even though I think MHHC is her best work, I just don’t see it happening.
