THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS VOLUME.
----------------------------------------
Momoko Kikuchi appears to be real (an idol referenced to by Amano) and so does Fumiya from The Checkers (referenced to by one of the former members of Yuichi's gang). In response to the question of how Amano obtains a popsicle, my guess is that the author felt generous and gave him one.

Notice Suikakuju (three penises) uses the night shift room for copulation just like the monster who disguises himself as a teacher in the second volume. I think he's weird for wanting to cook Amano's decapitated body for consumption. Normal bad guys are usually satisfied with simply killing their enemy and moving on. The creature that swallows Nagumo and company looks sort of like a Triceratops. And I was amused seeing some kid in Kuroko's village riding a bike with '69' stickers on it. He probably doesn't even know what that number means. The fact he even has that bike is odd considering it looks like an object from the human world.

Ignoring the rapeful tendencies, Nagumo (Overfiend's personality) seems cool when he deals with Yuichi's parents. Regarding Amano, the way he speaks in front of the principal and Akemi's parents isn’t something I can imagine an actual junior high student doing: "She's gonna be out spreadin' her legs to get some d*ck!" Amano's trip to a future in ruins is another thing that caught my attention. I wouldn't be surprised if Maeda-san is the first person to utilize time travel in hentai. Also, is that The Beatles on the bottom left of page 194? And the unborn Overfiend's words, that he has to wait for the world to be reduced to rubble before he can build a new world, makes me think of something from Hinduism (Shiva destroying the universe only for it to be recreated). Lastly, the ending doesn't seem like a happy one.
