Not even the best plot twist in KNK, much less the best in any nasuverse production. For me the best plot twist would be (Tsukihime spoilers)

Yes if Animes like Perfect Blue, Death parade, Serial Experiment Lain, Paranoia Agent, Attack on Titan, Madoka Magica,Stein's; gate and the greatest ever School Days didn't exist

Best Plot twist is that Syaton and Sakura are clones of Feng Wong and Fei has been working for him from the beginning. The whole reason. Kimihiko from. XxxJolic is just a placeholder for Syaron, he is not real. The real Syaron of the son of the clones.

Magic knight RayEarth. The princess summoned them not to defeat the demon king but to take her place so that she can be with him.

Wolf's rain, paradise was a lie.

Fare Kaleid, Miyu is the from another dimension where she's the vessel of thy holy grail. Her brother is also Shirou (not this Shirou).

Saya no Uta, she was the monster all along.

Sola, the MC was dead from the start. His sister was keeping him alive.

Angel Beats, Yuzuru donated his heart to Kanade.

K, MC was the real silver King. The ANTAGONIST switched his body with him. He killed the other guy in that body to frame him. And the one who is responsible for the creation of kings is him.

Oretachi Tsubasa, all three of them are the same person. He has personality disorder.
