| I liked the original Nanoha for it's good execution of a simple storyline, although dragged down by slow pacing and the initial episodic nature. I loved A's for it's bombastic beamspamic action, intriguing cast and an emotional core throughout the smoothly flowing story. I heard that StrikerS is slightly a disappointment compared to it's prequels. Could someone elaborate on that without necessarily spoiling? It is 26 episodes long, and I normally don't check out two cours without having some prior information first. |

| The pacing was too slow for my liking. Too much talking and too less action scenes, it's the opposite of movies Reflection and Detonation (too much action). Unlike the 1st and 2nd seasons, there's no main character that you could focus on. The best thing about StrikerS was Jail Scaglietti's laugh at 2x speed |
