| This is a large Island situated within the arcane maelstrom of the Pillar of Envy. This island has many things within it but has many hazards as well. This is one of the Sea-Leviathan's favorite spot to surface at. In fact, there are no less than two Leviathan-Class Sea-Dragons on this island at any given point. An old legend speaks of a creature deep within the caverns. An ancient creature that gave off an aura that drove spawn away even before the demons got here. A powerful storm has berated this island for two years now without end. Heavy and powerful winds, constant thunder and lightening. Hailstorms about thrice weekly. Tornados and waterspounts, not to mention massive rogue waves crash on this island rather frequently. Whatever civilization was here long ago has been ground to dust and washed away a year ago. And anything tried to be built on the outside is a lost cause. But, there is likely no safer place on the planet. Nor deadly. To enter and/or leave this place, one must brave the Sea of Resentment each time. When Posting here, Include a Location indicator at the top of your post. Example: [Caverns] or [Beach] or [Inland] A list of location indicators is Given at the bottom of this post. Locations: [Beach] At the very edges of the islands are the beaches. This is the most likely place to encounter a Sea-Leviathan. [Inland] Further Inland are Trees. BIG trees. Trees big enough that the wind cant uproot them. The branches have been stripped of leaves. [Mountain] The center of the island has a mountain. Its big, rocky, and treacherous as hell with the wind and rain. [Mountain Summit] The top of the mountain is cold, wet, windy, and all other forms of uncomfortable and treacherous. But who knows what one could find up here in this deadly place. [Caves] Around the base of the mountain is an entrance to the caves. Thankfully, they seem to have a built in water-lock, so fortunately they arent flooded save for a few specific sections. [Deep Caves] It takes some exploring to find this place. Some strange life grows down here. But it is a very save place. The odds of stumbling into a Sea-Leviathan here are very thin. [Flooded Caves] This is actually a rather large area. Here and there are some pockets of air. But its mostly water. Mineral water. A labyrinth of tunnels could send anyone unprepared to their deaths. [The Trenches] This place is deep. Its dark. And its cold. And if you see a light other than your own, run. Rumor has it that Sea-Leviathans have been trapped down here for eons, and have evolved to suit it. [The Core] Without a map, a carefully planned route, and a lot of good luck, you wont locate this place. Its filled with heat and fire and lava. Nobody has been here to confirm it, but legend says, the great beast sleeps here. |

| Shun:Enters [Beach] Shun woke up. Looking around he found his knights scattered across the beach beside him wet and covered in sand, the ship's hull was punctured seemingly by some large rock and the metal scraps were fairly damaged. Shun yelled at his knights in Virillian, "Get up! Get up! We're not done yet you lazy scum! Collect all the scraps you can find, disassemble the rocket, we are moving in twenty minutes!!!" Once the knights recovered and collected what they could, the group moved further inland. Shun:Enters [Inland] Moving quickly by digging their talons into the dirt, the group moved inland. Once an hour passed, Shun had the group take a break to get themselves situated better. "We shall make camp by the mountains base, from there we will decide on what to do first." Shun:Enters[Caves] Upon arriving at the base, Shun had the metals and parts piled by the entrance of a cave. "This will do for now. Sebas, take Niirima, Draco, and Tegu to cut down wood. Nakuk, supervise the construction of our fort. Sungazer will attend to any injured in the crash and the rest of you shall begin repairs on the nanobites. I will explore the cave with Samari and Tuatara in order to ensure the safety of our placement." Shun entered the cave and began the inspection, looking for any openings/exits in the walls, as well as potential hazards. |
| Inland As they work to cut down the giant trees, the first one down attracted attention. You couldnt hear the thuds, but you could feel them as it ran towards the group. Something large. And when it appeared, it looked hungry as well. [Caves] Shun quickly found that the caverns were quite extensive and truly quite complex in nature. Cold and damp, and a great draft blows through here. Due to the outside wind. If you listened, you could her a pleasant melody coming from the caves. Almost like a flute. A natural instrumental. As the nwind passes through various corridors and shafts. |

| Shun: As Shun was walking further into the caves, he found himself suddenly picked up and facing the cavern ceiling being rushed even further into the caves. Shun looked for his assailant he found six of his knights to be carrying him, the other six hauling what they could grab of the ship's metal. "Unhand me fools! What is the meaning of this disgrace?!" Shun slammed his fist down and knocked out Basil, she then was dragged along the floor by Tegu until the group found a cavern entrance small enough that the Leviathan couldn't enter. After the knights explained their actions and explained how they were forced to retreat, Shun set about to rethinking his plan. "We will have to make do with these caves then, set about reprogramming the nanomites to polish the cavern walls." The scientists within the group began working on the metals, which upon further inspection would reveal that each sheet was built out of a large quantity of microscopic machines resembling ants. (Although nearly useless in defensive capability, such sheets proved useful in moving heavy containers for carrier ships.). |
| The Leviathan slammed its head into the gap and snapped its jaws at the group repeatedly. Screaming at them. Eventually it pulled itself out and left. One of your soldiers spoke up. "Shun sir, While I was working outside earlier I noted how the only animal life on the surface are those monsters that come up from the ocean. The storms may also provide plenty of water should we set up collection and filtration. There is no suitable vegetation for eating either. It is entirely possible that, barring other options, we may have to confront the leviathans for nourishment before the week is out. I would recommend that we prepare equipment that should be able to take one of them down. A smaller one should suffice." Fortunately, the nanites could handle the mining for the facility. So they could focus on the rest. |

| Shun: “Very well then, we shall set up a filtration system thats runs from the outside of the cave to this section. Break the stalagmites and we shall set a trap to kill the beasts. It wont be anything fancy, a basic hole spike trap. If the trap does not kill it then we shall use the matter rifles to finish it off. That said, try to aim for the head so that the flesh isn’t consumed by the rifles.” |
| One of your scientists approached you as you delivered the plan. "Sir, i think i might have a more effective solution, so we dont have to waste ammo. What if we break one of the stalactites and suspend it from a trip system. Have the nanites work on increasing its density and sharpness so that it will fall and impale a Leviathan through the neck. Quick,clean, and will leave less wounds to avoid. And as a just in case, we can rig up a reusable harpoon if it is still breathing without its throat. This way we could avoid the trap becoming a potential hazard in the future." |

| Shun: “That is a fine idea. Carry it out, we will slay one leviathan to meet our monthly nutritional needs and no more; in order to conserve the natural resource necessary for sustained living. However be prepared should they decide to hunt in packs. Take the rifles anyways and aim for their mouths if you want to come back without losing your tails.” |
| He did as told, and would begin preparing the nanites. And they began to work on the stalactite and a couple of soldiers who are known to be quick on their feet went out to lure the leviathan in. It was different from the one before. Quadrupedal. It has a head resembling that of an earth crocodile, with a long spiny tail.And a very large hole in its neck when the geniusly engineer trap worked perfectly. They brought it in and began to cut up and carve the meat. They set the nanites to harvest minerals from the walls so they can fabricate an Adiposian Preservative called Mesa-3 ale to preserve highly perishable foods for years, and breaks down into vital nutrients when digested by 87.93245% of living creatures. Frtunately, it includes all of Shun's crew. |

| Shun:[caves] Shun picked up the leftover bones and held it up in the air. His exosuit began to fill with liquid and expanded into the suits muscular organs. Then he swung the bone back and smashed it at full strength into the ground to see if it was durable enough for use. Shun proceeded to check the sharpness of the leviathan teeth as well. |
| Neither the bone nor the ground gave way in your mighty strike. The tip of the bone looks slightly flatter than before, but you did just smash it against rock. Ad the affected area is extremely small. At the tip of the bone. The teeth of the leviathan were very easily sharp enough to cut through most metals. Save for the densest of material like tungsten or osmium. |

| Shun:[caves] "The teeth can be used to dissuade leviathans from entering the caves, the bones we can use as simple clubs. Draco, Sebas and I shall continue collecting information on the surrounding area." Shuns small group made their way deeper into the caves and mapped out the area as they went. |
| As Shun progressed, he wuld note mosses and other basic lichens gowing here. Further in there are distinct vines growing along the cave walls, thriving off the dampness of the walls and air. Thank god they were mapping it, because the caves only seem to get more twisted and confusing the further down they went. There were steep drop offs, and big climbs in these caverns. It was almost like a massive, perfectly weaved web of caves. It almost seemed unnatural. |

| Shun:[caves] Shun and his group searched for a steep drop off. Once a deep enough drop was found, the group got on all fours, removing handware to allow for their claws’ natural grip on the rock. Hastily they crawled down the cliffs wall, all the while searching for a space large enough to build a carrier ship. |
| "Wait." The voice called out as they went down. It was one of the team members K had chosen. Specifically the one at the bottom. "There is water down here. I suggest we get breathing equipment before proceeding." |

| Shun: [caves] “Very well let us retreat back to the rest of the group and then we will proceed to explore the exterior of the island first.” Shun and his group retreated and got a status report on the base creation.” |
