| I haven't watched Konosuba nor Yuyashiki so I wouldn't know, but Nichijou is totally awesome. I loved the show so much and it was a nice surprise, because from the synopsis on MAL it seemed pretty average, but at the time I decided to watch it, I was looking for some slice of life/comedy so I gave it a try and it was definitely worth it and it's still one of the funniest things I've ever seen. But still Gintama is definitely on the top. Aside from being my favorite anime/manga ever, Gintama is literally the funniest thing I've ever watched. It's a great parody and the thing that has in common with Nichijou is random humor, which is personally one of my favorite. Plenty characters from the show are sarcastic which I absolutely love. Don't hesitate to watch due to the length of the series, if you love comedy and action, this is definitely your cup of tea. |

Yeah Gintama has so many references, from anime to Japanese culture etc... so I would never recommend it to someone who just got into anime and Japan. I understand the struggle, but both of those shows are, in my opinion, absolutely worth it and they are pretty easy to watch, although it definitely takes some time. If you have enough time, I'd suggest you watch both of these series :) |

| I am a very new weeb (only have watched 15 seasons) and I only started in Summer of 2019. But the funniest anime I can think of is Saiki Kusuo No Psy Nan. I love how it's mainly pointless and buildup comedy where they take one joke and escalate it as far as it can possibly get without being annoying. An example is when the psychic who is tired of his psychic life tries to amke a baseball team full of cliches. It's an extremely funny anime and I hope a lot of people watch them |

| Gintama (skip episode 1 and 2), clips on reddit are always blowing up. I definitely saw the episode count on this and hesitated watching it. I'm glad I took the chance to watch it. Also, kept seeing Gintama dominating the top anime tv series rankings. Humor is unique, characters are likeable, and the voice actors really make it enjoyable. |
