Should I watch this OVA (19.5) before starting Ketsu?

I'm still watching Durarara!! but I'm organizing myself and the content I still (luckily) have yet to watch.
According to MAL, the Shou OVA is episode 4.5, the Ten OVA is episode 13.5 (so, after the first episode of Ten) and the Ketsu OVA is 19.5 so, it's not even in the "Ketsu" Arc (or cour).

Should I watch it after episode 19 (in the Shou cour) or watch it after I finish Durarara!!x2?

My plan so far is this:

Durarara!!
Durarara!!x2 (01, 02, 03, 04, 04.5, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 13.5, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 19.5, 20, 21,...25-36)

or should I leave the 3 OVA out and watch them after each cour end? Like:
Durarara!!x2 (01-12, 04.5, 13-25, 13.5, 25-36, 19.5)

After finishing all Durarara!!x2 I say you can watch it however you want. Altho, I would suggest you to watch them by the episode number, I mean, watch episode 4.5 after episode 4, episode 13.5 after episode 13... in the case of episode 19.5 I'd recommend you to watch it after the series is over since it has the OP of Ketsu instead of Ten.
