It feels like all the endgame relationships either happened or are getting started this volume. I am curious how there is still like...20 or so chapters left at this point.

Aoi and Karin are dating, or at least acknolwedged each other's feelings, lol.

Shin-chan confessed again to Akane, who wants to start opening herself up to the idea of love and romance. Wakana said the way she described Shin-chan's sweets was like love. I think they make a cute couple so I hope there is more advancement with them next volume.

The extra chapters were Tsujiri/Wakana and Koharu/Ayumu. TsujiWaka both like each other, and Ayumu is starting to fall for Koharu (which is pretty fast since he was rejected by Karin in this same volume XD).

Akane is still hilarious. She is such a fun and cute character.

This comment is just for chapter 20:

Ayumu says to Karin: "The person that is in love has to make the first step! Nothing will change if all you do is wait.".

Let us rewind to volume 1 chapter 3:
Karin to Aoi: "I'm in love with you since I was little."

She already made the first step. By this point months ago.
It was Aoi that took months (or 5 volumes) to say the bare minimum with his "It wouldn't be okay for me if you fell in love with someone or if someone fell in love with you." speech.

And later on she says she never told Aoi how she feels. Did she forget the time when she met him after he went shopping for Akane?

By the way, does anyone remember the boy in the Judo club that has a crush on Akane?
Akane says she wants to awaken for true love, but does she even notice that she ignored that boys feelings since the two entered the Judo club?
