I'm Otawan, which is short for Otaku Swan. The brief history behind the username is more of me making fun of myself then much else. I'm really clumsy, and totally not swan-like. XD

I've been watching Anime since '04-'05, somewhere around there. The first series I got really into was either Gundam Seed or .Hack//sign. I pretty much stayed straight to anime for the next two years; but after that I found manga.

Manga is what really kind of pushed me over the edge of fangirlism. If I hadn't gotten those volumes of .Hack//Legend of the Twilight for my birthday in '05, I wouldn't be anywhere near as dorky as I am now. That said, I am pretty dorky.

I like shounen a lot more then shojo, but that might be because I've never been that girly. I'm also somewhatly into mecha, but I don't get enough of a daily dosage. Horror is also lovely, from psychological to gore; it is all beautiful.<3

Hm, I also game quite often, although I'm pretty ballz at it. The majority of what I play is RPG. Some games I play are FF, PSU, DMC, MGS and P3F. (But not that far in either of the last three named.) I've also played and loved G.U. and TWEWY.

Some mangas I'm reading right now are: Kuroshitsuji, Angel Densetsu, Soul Eater, Katekyo Hitman Reborn, XXXHolic and D.Gray-Man. I also read yaoi, and H sometimes.
